Can't fault them Especially their after service.....had a small clip break (my fault totally) emailed them and they sent out a new clip free of charge. Ive had these blinds 4+ years now.

Great service, got the wrong measurement guarantee. Original blind came and the measurements were slightly off. But, received new blind quickly. Unfortunately that one was broken but customer service has been great and have confirmed another one is on its way and have apologised for the inconvenience.

We have had an awful experience…

We have had an awful experience ordering blinds from blinds2go The orders take a LONG time to come And multiple times when orders arrived they arrived damaged which they refunded after we provided pics When they finally arrived undamaged, 2 of the 4 blind’s arrived too big, so they sent another 2 out (after a call with their agent advising on which measurements to provide) as we took out the size insurance 1 of these fitted second time, but the other still didnt fit despite us following the agents advise After a an hour on the phone, submitting multiple photos showing our measurements were correct, blinds2go refused to replace them despite us having the insurance We argued we followed the agents advise on the previous call exactly, but they wouldnt listen and said despite recording calls ‘they had lost’ the phone call recording where the agent advised on measurements In the end as we had already drilled into our wall for the fittings we had to buy the blinds again despite having the insurance Will never order from this company again and would recommend all to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My twist 2 go fittings arrived broken

My twist 2 go fittings arrived broken. Rubber bands, washers all lose in the delivery bag. Replacements sent but without the bead drawcord attached to new fittings so had to remove the drawcord from old fitting and add it to new fitting. The tiny cogs in the pulldown were broke and wasn't pulling down so blind couldn't move. The fittings which has the bit to tighten fell out from the fitting as I was tugging on the drawdown to pull the blind and where it was tightened the spring has "exploded" out of it's casing and completely broken down Was asked to send a video of the fittings which I did but now told I needed to send a video of the blind falling down in order to get a refund!? Who videos putting up a blind?? So in order to get a refund I now have to put all these pieces together film myself putting the blind back up and watching it fall down?

Sent the wrong size

Blind was fine but be careful of the measuring sizes, I ordered a blind at a 173cm but I received a blind that was 170cm which meant that it was 3 cm short and this made it difficult to fit the blind in the correct position on the window frame. very disappointed considering the cost
