Purchased our vertical blinds, we did not have to wait too long, Claire delt with my order and we are over the moon with the standard of them for such a small price. I've never bought something before and had the company email me to see if I am satisfied and can they be of any help but this is exactly what Claire did. I wish this company all the best and will definitely use them again if needed.
I ordered my blinds over the phone (AWBJDSDIL) to make sure I qualified for next day despatch. I ordered them on May 8th and needed to take them to my Daughter up country and install them in her new flat over the weekend that I was there. 1 roller blind and just the slats arrived on Fri the 10th. The main rails arrived 1 on the 13th and the other 1 on the 15th. I phoned Blinds by post and told them there of no use to me now as I had to do something else for my Daughter. They were dismissive and didn't care despite me paying for next day despatch. They also us DX to deliver who are notoriously bad. Very poor service and the person I spoke to was obviously of low intelligence and was clueless. If you do order make sure you do it on a credit card as you can cancel the transaction via your credit card company. I have asked to be called back from someone in authority, but that won't happen. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Excellent service and my order arrived three days earlier than expected. They were very well packaged and arrived safely in the hands of a lovely delivery driver who was really helpful. The blinds were so easy to fit, thanks to the fitting video, are perfect. I’m really pleased with them, they look great and are excellent value for money.

Good product and service
For me, one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an online purchase. Not only was the delivery delayed by more than 10 days from the expected date, but it's also quite an ordeal to contact the company. They don't keep you informed about the status of the order, take several days to reply to a simple email, require multiple calls to answer the phone, and as a customer, we felt poorly attended to from start to finish. The product quality, in my opinion, also leaves much to be desired. There are much better companies out there with better customer service, better products, and better prices.
We ordered a pair of StickFit blinds as we are unable to get PerfectFit blinds and unwilling to drill holes. Easy installation! We did have a problem with one of the blinds but this issue was resolved all thanks to the customer service advisor, Glensi. We are very happy with the service and will be ordering more blinds for the rest of our windows at some point! 🙂 Thank you!
Had a problem and it was dealt with accordingly. Found the blinds of a better quality than another I put an order in. Very happy. They were slightly cheaper, too!
