I feel good and that i made a responsible choice with Blueland dishwasher tablets. They fall a little short of other brands that still use plastic (tea/coffee stains do not wash off of mugs). The dishes are clean, though.
Been a customer for a couple of years now Purchased a lot of products for myself and for gifts The plastic bottles are made better now they don’t crack so easily now But the sprayer still needs to be made better they stop spraying and they leak Otherwise I support the products and the cause.
I have used the toilet tablets; bathroom; hand soap; laundry & multi purpose ones. I like them all, but sometimes the tablets are broken to pieces & after a while the squirter stops working. Granted they are years old but it's a pain to replace them &/or the bottle. Overall I'm very satisfied with everything & recommend them all.
Been using Blueland for a while and overall it’s good. The soap itself is a great way to save some plastic and instead use a reusable bottle, but the hand pumps need to be replaced every few weeks, which kind of defeats the purpose. Also the plastic bottles for the glass/bathroom/floor cleaners break easily. We tried the dishwasher tablets too, but they weren’t very effective. Would be great if the company put some R&D effort into better hand pumps to make a bigger environmental impact.
I like the products, but have had way too many issues with orders/subscriptions and the communication around that. Not to mention I was just notified that my card has been charged for an order I didn't even place. And, bc they had no phone, I have to handle it all over the internet. This move to eliminate actually talking to someone is the worst business decision of the modern age. Even tho I like these products, this kind of business practice will keep me shopping elsewhere. The customer service I receive is just as important as the products I purchase, and this company needs improvement.
Right to the packaging. The unit wrappers need a composter to break down, but everything else I've gotten shipped from Blueland had been recyclable, and I do mean EVERYTHING else. Box, box inside of box, paper inside of box inside of box... Just great. And I've found that the products also smell quite a bit more pleasing than harsher equivalents. I have loved every product I've tried so far! Going plastic free is difficult, but this makes it so much easier. The foaming hand soap is the best! So much easier than hauling a bunch of liquid in plastic containers. Ditto for the laundry detergent. No mess! And I loved switching to a safer toilet bowl cleaner, knowing that I'm not putting a bunch of chemicals into the water.
I love the body wash and the hand soap. I need to do more testing with the toilet, laundry, and dishwasher cleaners. So far I’m loving it!
This product is great, I have been using it for several years. I use the laundry products and the dishwasher tablets on a regular basis and they clean as well if not better than any of the products containing plastic. I also love the smell of my laundry, not overpowering and clean. This is the future.
I like the idea of saving the environment from plastic waste by reusing the same bottles. However the soap and cleaner dispensers stop working so I am still having to throw them away and pay to obtain more.
I really wanted to like this company, as I like their mission. However, I had one glass bottle for the hand soap explode before we even used it and now my other bottle has 2 cracks in it. I emailed with customer service, and they refused to replace my glass bottle because "any damage that happens outside of shipping is not a defect of the product itself." They also said, "use warm to hot water to minimize the time needed to dissolve the tablet, and we do not recommend shaking the hand soap bottle as the pump housing is not airtight." The instructions that I received with the product said warm water, which is very subjective, it never said to use hot water. I used what I thought was warm water and the tablet would not dissolve so I had no choice but to shake it. I have had it with this company. All I needed was the glass bottles replaced. I still have the pumps. I really do not understand them. You would think they would much prefer to replace the two glass bottles rather than lose a customer. I spent $120 on their products but I am done with them.
Very effective both from a cleaning prospective and from an environmental one. Easy to use and economical as well. Leaves everything smell8ng clean and fresh.
I love the quality of the soaps and other cleaners. I'm disappointed with the glass foaming hand soap dispensers, however. The nozzles don't seem to hold up, and stop functioning well within a year of purchase. Primarily, the nozzle fails to pop back up. Otherwise, I'm happy! Update: appreciate the very fast response from Blueland 😊
I’ve been purchasing the refill tablets for 3 or 4 years now. I love the fact that I can purchase a years supply of hand soap and it doesn’t take up much space & I'm not constantly throwing away plastic bottles. I love the variety of scents & the cleaning ability.
I have been using Blueland products for a number of years now and will continue to do so. I just recently switched to the laundry tablets so I have no opinion yet on that but I have been using the toilet bowl cleaner, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, face soap, hand soap and body soap regularly. I want to give a shout out for the face cleansing soap. I have very sensitive skin and was a bit leery to use the face cleansing product. But, no problems at all! It lasts a very long time so very reasonable price even if you choose not to have a subscription. Blueland's customer service is very helpful. The website is easy to use. I have been very pleased and will continue using Blueland products!
Good products that work as advertised! Very happy to be reducing our use of plastics.
I love their products but I hate their subscription process. You get no warning when things are about to ship. They just tell you that they are shipping and you can’t cancel them at that point.
I'm using their laundry detergent and the dishing washing detergent and like them both very much. They work as well as any product I've ever used, and I like that there's no plastic to stare at sadly when the lot is done. Unfortunately, we have very hard water, so the dish soap produces no suds. I've been told that the soap cleans just the same and that does seem to be the case. Guess I'm just a suds habitué.
The clenaing products work well but the packaging is a reuseable plastic bottle for th glass, bathroom and general cleaner, which is not ideal. I like the hand washing glass bottles and the tablets and have not had a problem with them dissolving or working. The toilet bowl cleaner works really well. However some of me glasses do not get clean with the dishwasher tablet at times it seems like they get a film.
I love all of the Blueland products I have tried so far, and I live in a town with a municipal composting program so the compostable and recyclable packaging is extra awesome. Viva Blueland!
