This was a considered and well researched purchase for me as I have multiple locations in my life to use and harness power. I decided on the AC180 with SP200, 200watt solar panel. Online product description was excellent and made model choice very easy. Ordering was also simple and the stages of delivery came through my emails. Brilliant service. Since having the AC180 I have enjoyed the great fun of making it pay back the initial outlay whilst learning it's potential. So far it has been completely brilliant and incredibly satisfying. The solar panels give a full charge on a sunny day if you remember to move the panels to face the sun. Free energy. So far so great and I am considering and researching an upgrade to make the whole system more resilient.
Bluetti United Kingdom does things different. I have purchased a number of their Portable Power stations from the small portable to the much bigger permanent setup. The First device I got was the AC180, which is a great power house of a device. I then stepped up the game and purchased their top of the line AC500, with 2 batteries. This has helped me change my reliance on the National Grid and really made a difference to our solar generation and lower electricity bills. Like many people, I researched and asked questions, I cannot fault Bluetti United Kingdom for their excellent pre-sales service. My devices have worked flawlessly and I've not needed any support from Bluetti. I am really liking this company that are helping to make a real difference to my family, and to those Families in Africa via their Light An African Family. (LAAF).
I have a number of devices from Bluetti, primarily the AC500 and B300S, the AC300 and B300, AC200Max AC200L, AC180 and the AC2A. Alongside my off grid solar it’s saving me over £1200 a year atleast charging at cheap rate and with using solar. Bluetti has helped me no ends in the energy crisis and should start seeing a return on my investment in just over 5 years. I am so glad I found out about this company when I did back in Feb 2023 when I was getting very concerned at how much my energy bills were getting each month. The Bluetti UK Club Facebook group is one of the most friendliest groups in a field of troll infested groups! People really do want to help their fellow Bluetti customers. A rare experience on Facebook!
Excellent kit, added further B80 pack to existing purchase. Speedy advice also re extension cables to reach solar and all delivered without fuss.
Purchased the AC70 which is a great piece of kit, but I was annoyed that nowhere on the Bluetti site did it mention the PS72, this would have been ideal for my purpose and would have saved me around 300 pound.
Got an AC180 for about month now. Really happy with it, the fact it can charge on turbo mode in about an hour is a game changer especially in winter with little or no solar in the UK. It has a really good review on hobotech and the long warranty is great peace of mind. The built in 1800w inverter can run my air fryer, Duo-pot (not together). Also solar input of 500w is a winner! Would love to see some improvements on the app e.g. Max daily solar charge, average daily charging rate etc. The pricing, combined with warranty and brand is a difficult combination to beat (....and hopefully it's backed up by good, non nonsense customer service!)

To resolve a problem of my own doing I had reason to go cap in hand to Bluetti, to say that they restored my confidence in customer service is an understatement. The issue I confronted them with was effectively and mutually resolved with a degree of professionalism and integrity I am not accustomed to. I am yet to use their product so can’t really speak out for it, but if it performs anything like their customer services I will be an extremely happy camper…Bob West Midlands
I recently upgraded my AC50S & EB55 to the AC200max. The unit is solid, feels very robust and will be perfect for longer trips in my campervan this summer. I plan on running everything I need for trips away off this, just need to purchase my solar panel and I’m sorted. First impressions are this will give me all the confidence I need to head further off grid in the next few months. Customer service and communication was excellent throughout…
I bought an EB70 ready to take travelling to Portugal in our RV. It was needed for charging the essentials while on overnight stops before reaching a site. The very first time I used it nothing would switch on and an error 'short' was displayed. It's almost impossible to get any help via the awful customer service. It's a lot of money to lose on what is now essentially a very expensive door stop. This is a known error and they seem unable to sort it before selling to customers. Appalling product. Should have been withdrawn from sale until the issues were properly dealt with.
Bluetti are second to none with customer support, email answered very quickly and your problem dealt with fast, very friendly people who can't do enough for you. The AC180 power station is fantastic after receiving it we went to our caravan for a week where it's worked the TV, the wife's hair straighteners and travel hairdryer and charged all our electrical devices Inc our Metal detectors and after 4 days still showing 52% so don't think I'll need to charge so I'm very happy with it and it looks great in the van can't wait to be able to connect it up to my PV350 for free power.

Just what I needed
It is rare to come across a company that provides excellent service in all aspects. We spent quite some time deciding on the purchase of our AC180 including some detailed performance questions, but Bluetti answered everything quickly and efficiently. The ordering process was quick and the unit was delivered to our location in Highland Scotland without delay or drama. The unit works exactly as we hoped and is simplicity itself to operate. Add to that a 5 year guarantee and confidence in their customer service and we are extremely happy with our purchase.
What a difference a month makes!! It took a bit of time getting here but eventually it arrived thanks to the efforts of Joanna and the team at Bluetti. I had been clear in my previous review that it had been a carrier issue that led to initial review. Amazing to think in this day and age that a 28kg £1000+ parcel can disappear. 😉 Anyway, Joanna got my replacement delivered within the following 10 days and it was just in time for some planned works at whereby I had limited mains power. Subsequent to that I've had it in the van for the last weekend camping. Ran a diesel heater, lighting, microwave, toaster and charged devices. It never dropped below 80% and was plugged into the van charging when i was driving. Its an awesom bit of kit. Well worth the wait.
