Très contente de ma paire de basket qui n était plus disponible. J ai eu la paire en promotion. La qualité de ces chaussures est incroyable, son confort est excellent. Cependant, j ai recu la paire tachée, j ai contacté le service client via un formulaire. J ai été contacté le lendemain et on m a offert une réduction de 10%. Merci bobbies j ai été agréablement surprise.
I love my new boots! They were lovely packed and arrived quickly.
Shoe quality felt great and very comfortable. However the colors were different vs the pictures on the website (a large piece wasnt' fabric/leather but some shiny plastic looking material) so I had to send it back.
Shipping was quite fast. Shoes were of quality but the undersole is soft. Had to go to a shoemaker to put a protective sole underneath them which are extra costs.
The delivery service did not carefully specify the address and I could have lost my order! I indicated UA155163! This is my box number (Vita Ukraine Express), and the company did not specify this number on my order and I had to look for my parcel for a long time!
Super quick shipping and well communicated delivery. Beautiful but sustainable packaging. Love my shoes - I knew my size but they look great and quality for price is excellent as usual from bobbies.

The order and shipment experience were great. The shoes arrived very quickly (less than a week with weekend and bank holiday in between, delivered to Portugal) and met my expectations regarding size, colour, shape, materials, etc. The five star experience will only be after I wear the shoes (I'm saving them for a wedding in June) for a while and find that they hold and last.
