Been waiting on a delivery from them for over 2 weeks. Have asked to refund and keep the item in the end as the courier they use attempted 2 deliveries, one of them was not a delivery. Can’t comment on the product as never received it.

Gorgeous bike - absolutely love the colour and am happy with it (now that it's assembled!). Putting it together was a bigger feat that I had predicted, instructions hard to follow even with the videos (maybe especially for someone who has had little experience with bikes in my adult life?). Save yourself the hassle on that one and take it to a bike shop
The order was well tracked and they delivered when they said, I have only one critism in that the box clearly had information to keep it upright and when it was delivered it was on one end which meant all of the parts had migrated to the bottom and where bunched up,not in the place where they had originally been packed

This is my third Bobbin bike, they make the job for my great daughters. Unfortunately they all have and had the same defect. The hose clamp screw is made in a very bad material and it breaks soon or lately, this time at the fist screwing.

Our Granddaughter’s bicycle was delivered within the week of ordering it. It was well packed so everything arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and well worth the money, she is very happy with it.
