Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht von der Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen. Vor einem Monat habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben und sollte meine Lieferung innerhalb von 8-14 Tagen erhalten. Doch bisher ist nichts angekommen. Was noch schlimmer ist, ist die Tatsache, dass der Kundenservice nicht einmal auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Die mangelnde Kommunikation und die unzuverlässige Lieferung machen es unmöglich, dieses Unternehmen zu empfehlen. Absolut enttäuschend.
Tolle Figur habe eine Figur anfertigen lassen. Super Arbeit. Kundendienst ist auch super wird immer mit Rückmeldung gemacht um die Figur nach den wünschen des Kunden passend gemacht zu werden super. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen
I ordered a bobble gift from their website and at first, I was a bit unsure if I will receive what I was hoping for but my expectations were exceeded. After placing my order, I was contacted by Jessica, who is really nice and always replied to my questions, so that she could keep me in the loop of the process and update me. This gave me a very safe feeling. I then received the first updates and was super happy with the results as the figure was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend. The shipment from China to Germany took a little while but that’s understandable given the distance and customs etc. All in all, I would definitely recommend their service ✨✨✨✨✨

I am anxiously awaiting my custom bobble head. I received my email, but it was Lost in spam…so, make sure you check yours. I had reached out when I hadn’t heard anything & Bobblegifts texted me back within a day. I received a pictures of my bobble gift head & one pic of the body to review. I’ve asked for some adjustments to the facial hair & again, I’m Still Very Excited to see the finished product! (To be continued)…

I assumed these were mass produced, but I received an email with a photo of my son's face/head and asked for feedback on how it looked. Then shortly after I got photos of the body. I had an adjustment to the color of the basketball uniform and they made the change. It really turned out great! And they must make them by hand but you wouldn't know it...it's very well done! Great gift idea!
During the creation process they send progress pictures and made sure the product was exactly what I wanted before they continued!
We absolutely love our bobble heads. The whole process was so easy. We were communicated with each step of the way. Jessica was great. She would email with pictures to get our approval and was open to any suggestion we had to make on the bobblehead. The final product turned out amazing! And we received our order in a timely manner.
Bestellnummer: BGDE3416 Wahnsinn, ich habe 171,99 € für eine Figur bezahlt die absolut garnicht nach den Personen auf den Bildern aussieht. Als Entschädigung habe ich ganze 21,- € erhalten. Jetzt eine Woche später kam dann noch eine Rechnung vom Zoll über 65,- €. Nie von einem Einkauf so enttäuscht gewesen…
