The most helpful and patient assistant served me in Bon Marche Swindon. This lovely lady helped me (I’m a technophobe!) to put the app on my phone. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she had a great customer service attitude. In these times when people are quick to complain, this lovely lady made my day. Thank you so much!

Why have I been charged £9.01 duties and taxes when I placed an order and live in Yorkshire. Placed order as received email offering 20% off everything. No 20% off cost me extra. What's the excuse

Visited the Wellingborough store yesterday & I was helped by very helpful Shelley(Michelle), nothing was too much trouble for her & she was going round the store looking for trousers etc for me, the store had a good selection & I went in to purchase a couple of items but due to the friendliness of Shelley I actually brought 4 items, she’s a great assist to your business & store
Do not buy online with these!!! I purchased several items in one delivery through Klarna but sent £50 of items back as not suitable. APPARENTLY Bon Marche did not receive the return through EVRI. This is the second time I have had this issue with returns to Bon Marche. So I had to pay for the items I returned. Also deliveries, I’ve had issues with these too, not coming to the correct address. I will be sticking to in store in future because my parcel is still missing despite being told it’s been delivered (?) which is hasn’t. So I think Bon Marche should change their courier and be helpful to customers!!

I am sick of this company sending discount vouchers to use at the checkout. This is now my 3rd experience of not being able to get discount with these seemingly useless vouchers. Having just spent £44 I should have been given 15% off. Nice little earners for the company
its great that i can now pay duty and tax at check out as before i have been charged a lot more on delivery and no receipt so can order now with confidence that no nasty charges on delivery . as to goods i have always been satisfied with my selections so well done another satisfied customer again.

Manager from Bonmarche Store Romford is totally horrible person. She refused to accept a return item without tag from customer who is vulnerable person inpatient in Hospital. Manager doesn't care about the customers anymore! Horrible customer service in Bonmarche! Shame on you all!
I disliked that it is not stated that if you pay by Paypal you have to return the item by post not return it to a Store, even though you can collect it from a Store. Any particular reason why this is not stated at the payment stage, RATHER THAN AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE???!!!!!
