I had almost finished a 124 page photo book involving probably hundreds of hours of work. Then the offline creator experienced an error and I've lost the lot. I phoned customer services and they said it was tough, nothing they could do. Also they were unwilling to extend the free pages offer. Won't be using again.
Won’t use bonus print again, when I ordered said 16/18th May that then changed to 18th rang bonus print early on Friday told in production and should make Saturdays post. Today Monday showing still in production so seems little chance of this arriving by 18th for 97 year olds birthday party. Very disappointed, I thought it was been made in uk snd when I looked into it they are based in Ansterdam. So looks like I don’t have a birthday present for the party as no way of upgrading the postage to express. Be aware when ordering although the site is uk the production is Holland. Well Bonusprint responded to my trust pilot review, asking me to get in touch with their customer service and giving the address for contact. Guess what the https: address doesn't work, why am I not surprised.

Used Bonusprint over the years and even the days of basic camera, 35mm, SLR 1980's on wards (with Truprint rivals), digital. Yes I know they have changed hands over time and will be a part of Photobox, on which I do hope they still keep their individuality! Always been nice Customer Services when needed! Wow how technology has moved on ... Thank you Bonusprint for being really good over the years :0)

The product is always of a great standard, beautiful photo books and calendars. The packaging is excellent and it arrives very quickly. Have never had a problem in all the 7/8 years I have used them.

The web tool to create photo books works very well. It let me lay out the photos just like I wanted. The photobooks are very good quality, the photos look great! At the (frequent) 50% offer price the books are expensive but worth it.
