Ik heb heel slecht ervaring met boohooman. Ik heb de kleinste maat broeken besteld. Ik ontving mega grote Broek. Moet je langer dan 2 meter zijn om ze te passen. Ik had problemen met de terugsturen van de broeken. Ik moest 20€ betalen om ze terug te sturen. En 6 € verzendkosten ben ik ook kwijt. Conclusie ik heb 48€ betaald inclusief verzendkosten en nu krijg ik 24€ terug.
Liselle A was really helpful when for the second time boohoo sent me a co-ord that did not co-ord because only 50% of the outfit was sent to me. 🤦🏻♀️. What I particularly liked was Liselle A trusted what I said (backed up with evidence) and didn’t try and make out I was out for something free. Within 24 hours she f messaging with her I had 100% of the outfit in my hands ready for my holiday. Really speedy resolution to my issue.
Jeg har returneret min pakke for næsten 1 måned siden, i ved ikke engang hvor min pakke er endnu og nu får jeg afvide at jeg skal vente yderligere til 26 maj og vende tilbage hvis jeg stadig ikke har hørt noget? Det er 1,5 måned fra pakken er returneret og kan simpelthen ikke passe.

Reclamas , no contestan a los correos, ni a nada ENTRE LO QUE NO HE RECIBIDO QUE ERA UN PEDIDO DE 240 EUROS Y LO QUE ME HAN COBRADO POR IMPUESTOS, SE HAN QUEDADO CON 340 EUROS MIOS.. LADRONES,

Ordered a few items and one pair of shorts were missing from a set. Got onto their online chat and spoke with Jonathan. In no more than 20 mins he had responded, answered my query and put a refund through for me. Can’t fault their customer service at all !!
I had an issue with a refund and was getting frustrating to deal with. Spoke to Johnathan on live chat and he was so helpful and sorted the whole thing! Didn't have to explain myself multiple times. The dress were lovely. However 1 out of 4 dresses came out of the bag soaking wet!! Straight from a washing machine! (No spin) When I contacted customer service they could only suggest to send it back myself and wait for another. I have to take the fuss of their horrible service. I'm Not happy.

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst en gevraagd om express delivery (2 a 3 werkdagen) waar je maar liefst bijna 15 euro voor betaald. Niks express delivery mijn pakket is nog niet eens bij het distributie centrum. Ik baal hier enorm van, want waarom heb ik dan extra betaald vraag ik mij af... Hopelijk komt het pakket alsnog snel
