The website is so much better organized and I don't have any issues completing orders.
I love the soap. It lathers great and doesn't leave a nasty ring in the tub. Smell is fantastic! Ordering is easy. Nice variety of scents. I would like to see the scrappy offered again where you could order 1 bag with your order and not a minimum of 4 bags as I would order more on my total order. Ordered a gallon of liquid this time so excited to try that. Shipping is a little high but, order always arrives fast and packaged well. I've been a regular customer for over 10 years and am very pleased with the soap and customer service that has always been provided by Botanie.
We love the soaps and are so happy you all are making new ones. The customer support has also gotten better and we very much appreciate their efforts. We love the video on the website showing how the soaps are made, we watched the whole thing!
