Advertised free pants with bra and parcel arrived without them. When I contacted customer services they told me I hadn’t added the free pants to the basket which I clearly had as they were itemised with style and size on the order and invoice. They said they couldn’t now send the pants and I’d have to return and re-order again if I wanted them. Awful customer service and don’t fulfil selling obligations.
The quality was absolutely perfect! Order was supposed to come in 3-4 business days but arrived in 1 business day! Fantastic service and range of products catering for smaller girls with big cup size like myself, would buy again!
Lovely patterned unpadded bikini, delivered promptly and packaged nicely. One gripe - the Boux website features a fairly diverse selection of models in respect of size, ethnic backgroun but NO women of slightly more mature years!!!
Staff in the shop were so helpful and kind. Really went out of their way to help me. Wish you had a store in Edinburgh! X

Walked into the Oxford Street to finally get the right size bra 🥹 Was offered a fitting and the kindest, most patient and most friendly store assistant ever helped me. She helped me understand the right fit and size for me and went back and forth until I was in the right bra. Honestly left the store feeling so lightweight and happy because I’ve been struggling with some personal issues but this experience LITERALLY made my day. Thank you to that girl and thank you Boux for being my favourite since day 1 - (Just please make H cup sizes! 😩🫶🏼🥰)

I was looking for a thick warm nightgown for my maternity bag and this one is perfect x The quality is really good and it fits well I usually wear a 10 but wanted to have a bit of space so got the 12-14 and it fit nicely. The delivery was super quick too I got it within two days Will definitely order from here again
Boux avenue allowed me to order an item to their store fully knowing that they were closing the store down! They emailed me a couple of days before they closed saying pick up the parcel by a certain date which I tried but they closed the store before the date and have not refunded or delivered the item! Thank you for responding I have now sent the order number and details to you.
