I just bought a ball and it’s cracked first night,but I can’t return It BECAUSE ITS DRILLED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be a manufacture defect!!! First night i use it IT CRACKS! I’m super upset

What a great place to do business. So I ordered the wrong size shoes and when try to exchange them I press return. So I emailed this company and got a return email within 15 minutes with a shipping label attached. I shipped them and my new order was back in a week. Bowler Mart knows how to do business. Shoes fit perfect. I highly highly recommend this company.
This company is awesome! They messed up and sent me a pair of bowling shoes that were for a right hander when I needed left. Shoes arrived on a Wednesday, 4 days after I ordered them and I made them aware of the mistake. They were apologetic, professional, and prompt with responses, the replacement pair arrived less than 24 hours later and they trusted me to send the original pair back by sending a return slip and everything needed to get them back. Mistakes happen, it's how companies deal with them, and this one was A+, almost unparalleled. Product was perfect, experience was excellent even with the little misstep. Thanks guys!
I came into the pro shop with my friend to buy him a bowling ball as a Christmas gift. My friend bowls as a hobby and has never owned his own ball so I thought it would be the perfect gift. We both didn’t understand the process of how to choose a ball but Todd helped us out so much. He explained the process in great detail and helped us find the perfect ball for my friend. Beware false marketing offers. Upon landing on the BowlersMart website I was presented with a 5% off promotion for my first order for signing up to receive email and text offers. I agreed and received a promotional code to enter for my purchase. After I entered all the purchase, shipping, and payment data I entered the promotional code for the promised discount. The code was rejected for the purchase as the item chosen was apparently ineligible. I performed the requested action of agreeing to be contacted for future offers. BowlerMart did not fulfill or perform as advertised. Poor first time customer experience
I brought my Storm Proton Physix bowling ball in to the Pro Shop located in the Boardwalk Bowling Center in Orlando, Florida. Another shop messed my ball up so badly that it was no longer even usable. Tony did a tremendous job of returning my ball to the manufacturers original condition, and the price was super reasonable!. I am now throwing strike after strike with it. I highly recommend these guys!

Tony in the Pro Shop, at Landmark Lanes in Peoria, IL, is who we trust now for our family's bowling equipment. He is experienced, knowledgeable, willing to discuss what's wanted and needed. We happily drive 90 minutes one way for his expertise. Bowling there is fun, too!
