I had an issue with packing error received half of the items I’ve ordered, and emailed customer services. I had Ann from B PERFECT customer care team ,replying straight away within an hour and sorting it out for me. Thank you so much for your help!
Customer service are amazing. I had a small problem sent an email, within 15mins it was resolved. They deserve everyone to support them and purchase their amazing affordable products. I have used premium designer products and none would be as good as the BPerfect quality x

Had an issue regarding receiving the wrong item twice. I emailed customer services Saturday afternoon and received a reply Sunday evening from Ann who rectified the issue straight away. She apologised and sent dispatch an email to re-issue correct items no problem. This is why I will continue to use this brand, High quality products and great customer service. I had an issue where my order was damaged in transit ! I was so stressed as it was for a birthday present , I got in contact with customer service as soon as I heard this news. Deborah , couldn’t thank her enough for how quickly she responded and how she helped me throughout this !
Received my delivery this morning, with some items missing. Emailed CS and Deborah replied to me within 5 minutes, issue resolved and missing items being dispatched today.

Bperfect is an amazing local business. The team is outstanding. They are always very pleasant, friendly, and are so helpful. The Chroma foundation, blush, lip gloss, mascara, cronza, are all fab! I love the setting spray with the gold sheen, it just gives you a lovely summer glow. Their eyeshadows do not crease throughout the day and there are more than enough colours on a palate to suit all occasions. I recently had a small mix up with a colour on an order and it was resolved within 10 mins of contacting the team. Could not speak highly enough of this firm. Love the Tiktok lives.

I ordered a serum from BPerfect Cosmetics on 22nd March and till this day it still hasn't arrived (6th May). I contacted their customer service by email on the 12th of April about a refund or cancellation and recieved no reply or solution to this issue.
Had a little issue with foundation not pumping, Ann was very swift in responding with a few tips and it did the trick. Customer service just as excellent as the products!!

I received my order yesterday, but the wrong items were sent. I sent an email it customer service regarding the error. Within half an hour Deborah had replied to my email apologising and assured me that the correct order would be sent. When I enquired about what to do with the wrong items, she told me to keep them or gift them to someone who might need them. I couldn't believe that my correct order arrived today - within 24 hours of contacting Deborah in customer service. There was also an extra item included within the package which was a nice touch. I cannot fault the service received - 10 out of 10 for sure.
