Had a pool liner which started to leak water after a few years. Had originally bought the liner and underlay at the same time and had the original invoice. I contacted Bradshaws who not only honoured the warranty without quibble, then supplied replacement super quick - they gave helpful instructions on what to do next. First class service - and will be continuing to use Bradshaws because of the first class service. Thank you.
Had an issue with a UV clarifier which was still under warranty, company need interested in solving this issue. Because I had purchased it from Bradshaws Direct they replaced the clarifier free of charge for me. Nuala so helpful had the new clarifier the next day. First class service, first class company. Been a customer with them since 2003.

Ordered a blade waterfall for my pond and in the Bradshaw booklet it states 7 day delivery I contacted bradshaws and was told delivery was 3 to 6 weeks as it was a special order and was manufactured by a third party. When I tried to explain what the booklet said I was stopped in my tracks and told that was an old booklet (2022) I said it was sent out to me in February of this year. I did accept what I was told but said the booklet requires updating or the latest one sending out. This went on deaf ears and I was not offered an apology at all. I will shop elsewhere in future.
Lots of bad reviews here, but that’s not my experience with a recent purchase. Arrived on time and was as described, so no complaints from me.
Had reason. To send my earpiece as faulty back received a new one witch was once again faulty sent back again at my own expense not heard anything for a week dispite numerous messages and phone calls rather frustrating episode with Bradshaw
This is the place to go for your pond fish I bought six today,two lemon,one orange,two sarasa and one shubunkin at a cost of £29 I visited maidenhead beforehand and they wanted £30 for three common goldfish or £12.50 each. I'm very happy with my purchase from Bradshaws
PLEASE DO NOT GET TAKEN IN BY THE "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" CATCH. I ordered a pool liner with Bradshaws Direct because they were offering next day delivery (At a cost). I paid an extra £7.49 +vat delivery charge because I needed the product quickly. On the evening of the following day I received an e-mail from DHL to say that they had the product on board and would be delivering on the following Monday. Apparently DHL, one of Europe's largest delivery companies do not work at weekends ! On phoning Bradshaw's Direct at one minute after five o'clock an answering machine informed me that their lines were closed and they do not offer an e-mail address. Very unprofessional - Please Bradshaw's, do not make promises that you can't or won't keep and who gets the extra delivery charge that I paid for something that I did not get. Joseph Johnson
Ordered product on 26 April, and got email confirmation. Money taken from credit card within 24 hours. Product did not arrive until 8 May (Royal Mail 48 hr service, so it's not their fault). No contact in the meantime, except for an unsolicited email trying to sell me stuff that I didn't want. It remains to be seen whether the product is worth having. Open mind on that.

Sent me 2.5 metres of lining when I'd ordered 3 metres and I also pointed out that the material was a couple of centimetres narrower than advertised. No apology - (until I asked for one!) - or for any explanation for the discrepancies.I got the strong impression they weren't at all concerned about this short changing. Sadly, not a company I would want to deal with again.
We were sold a pond pump over a year ago, which it now has been confirmed that is not strong enough for my size of pond, and I should never have been sold. The pump has now broken as well. Its within warranty. Customer services insist that I pay for an electrician to come up and de-install the pump and send it back to them. They refused to contribute to the cost of de-installing it, as they said that most people install themselves as a DIY, and an electrician isn't needed! ( water and electrics, and they say we dont need a proper electrician?!) All they need to do was to replace the pump with the one that I should have been sold in the beginning, and when the electrician installed the new pump, he would take out the old pump, and it could be sent back. However, they seem to want to make things as difficult as possible. Advice from my experience- shop around and buy from somewhere that has good customer service reviews, or check the returns T&Cs fully first.

I bought a pond filter from them and it arrived within 48 hours well packed. I went to my local Garden centre to get some aquatic plants and saw the very same pump, it was £20 more expensive. Will definitely add this company to my favourites for future purchases.
Ordered a UV light for pond filter thinking it was a Phillips original specification (it was certainly priced on their website as an original) Received a cheap and nasty Chinese copy. I complained but they referred me to the small print which advised it was a copy. Won't bother with them again - much better value elsewhere in my opinion.
I would use them again. I ordered online around 1pm on 8th May they dispatched the same day it was delivered yesterday 9th around 6pm by DHL/UKmail.

Really, the test of a good supplier is how it deals with things when they go wrong, if they do, I'll let you know. All I can say is that I ordered a pond filter late Wednesday night and it arrived Saturday morning. Very impressed as I live in France!

The website invites customers to review their products. The reviews are then submitted for "moderation". Surprise, surprise, give a bad review and it is never published. I have submitted a number of poor reviews (as have others I know of , judging from forums). This is obviously deceitful and I would expect better from such a company.
