If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for 3 different bras in the wide variety of sizes I need to try, as depending on what bra it is I can be any of the sizes I ordered. The website let me place my order, and then charged me for that order, yet since then the people working there have decided to withhold most of the bras and only send me out a small selection, while trying to force themselves into a lengthy fitting with me, wanting to only send a few bras out at a time, and exoect me to do back and forth posting. This is simply not good enough. At 40 years old I know how to fit a bra to myself, and I know that to be able to do it, I need the selection of sizes I have ordered for each bra in my possession, exactly the same as I would get during an in-store experience. I have explained to them I do not have the time to be sending a small selection of bras back and forth, but even of I did, it's not up to them how I go about a bra fitting for myself. If they don't want to send out the bras to the people that have ordered AND PAID for them, then they shouldn't male it possible for the bras to be ordered. They have taken my money and then decided for themselves what bras they will send me. This is the most unhelpful and diabolical customer service I have ever received. I have never had a problem when doing an order of this kind from any other lingerie store. Absolutely diabolical.
I have only just discovered this company and so far excellent in all departments. Polly at customer services is great, ordering easy and products excellent quality and good price.
I have ordered quite a few lingerie and bikini items from the company, all of which have been good quality, pretty, comfortable and true to size. The ordering process is easy and dispatched timeously. I did have a problem with a bikini top not being available and customer service agent Poppy has been fabulous! All emails were answered by her promptly, keeping me up to date, giving solutions when appropriate and resolved satisfactorily. I will definately continue to order from this company.

I purchased a bikini top and bottom. I had to return the top but bought another in a bigger size. Now have a full bikini that fits and i love it. The service was very good i will certainly buy again from this company.
I ordered two bras which arrived in perfect condition- unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size - I returned and had a refund to my account very quickly - great customer service- thanks
I ordered a bra online which came very quickly. updates were regular an useful. However I needed to return my bra as it didnt fit well , but had lost the returns slip and invoice. Poppy the young lady who dealt with my enquiry was very helpful and kind guiding me through the process. I thought i would not be able to return the bra and was concerned. poppy made the whole procedure simple. Thank you Poppy
Items not been delivered yet, but customer service is top notch. Had an issue with a discount code, emailed, and was replied to within the hour with a solution. Now all ordered with a nice discount and will await my items .

I've received constructive, helpful and very prompt information by email and by phone from Poppy when undecided about making choices. The delivery has also been very quick to get to me. The sizes are wrong - but that is entirely my fault - so I'll need to return and I'm looking forward, hopefully, to equally good service on that front.
I must admit I was a unsure at first, but my how wrong I was. I'm absolutely amazed with this site, perfect fit and very comfortable.. I am now a new a shopper. Please give it a try you will Not be disappointed.
signed up to this company thinking they may be different wished i hadnt bothered. yet again come across a company that caters for big boobed women but yet again NOTHING for those with a broad back, totally hacked off as not 1 manufacturer of bras seems to cater for the likes of me, i cant be the only one with this problem. totally annoyed upset to be let down yet again, will i be ordering you can take that as a bit fat NO
Very easy to order, a good selection of goods and very quick delivery.
Bought 6 Freya bras from them, 4 of which the stitching has undone and the cup has started to rip. BraForMe accused me of using the washing machine, despite many times saying I wash by hand. I decided to check the 3 bras I hadn't worn yet, they still have tags and never washed. One of those also had stitching undone. The company said they had never received this complaint before, come to look at their reviews and they have. Seems like the bras they sell are having the same issues and they are blaming the customers. Unfortunately by the time people get the chance to wear them the t ime to leave a review on eBay has passed. I mentioned there is an issue with the stitching, it is to weakly stitched into the cup, so upon wearing the stitching comes loose. I have a bra not even worn, still with tags with stitching undone. You can see this by shining a light through the cup, which I have photos of. I hadn't worn all three bras in the time of 2 months which is why once I had, I realised there was a common fault with all of them, which is why I brought it to your attention. Other people have had this issue even upon receiving a replacement item. So again, it is the bra not because of any type of washing method. Thanks again.
This company are a pleasure to deal with. Delivery is fast and they are cheaper than other lingerie firms. I've had to engage with their customer support for previous orders, and they definitely gave the impression that I was dealing with a human being, not a bot! That in itself is a massive plus point!
