Brilliant service from Angelle at the Manchester store. Went to the Manchester store today to buy dress and T shirt bras. Angelle helped me get the right style and fit for some lovely bras. What an Awful Experience

My recent experience at the Cardiff store was my first and last. I phoned the store to book a bra fitting and explained that I had recently had a mastectomy and have been fitted with a prosthesis. I was assured that the bra fitters would be able to work with this and would be able to try me with mastectomy bras as well as other supportive bras that would hold the prosthesis in place. I felt hopeful when the call had ended and assured that I would be helped to find the right fit bra for me. On the morning of my fitting, I was apprehensive about the fitting as I have not yet adjusted fully to my mastectomy and I am not comfortable about revealing my body to others but I knew that this was something I needed to face to ensure that I had the correct fit bra. I arrived at store and was told by the cashier that someone would call me, she failed to tell me that I needed to go upstairs even though I had told her that I had not been fitted my them previously so would not know the process. I eventually realised and made my way upstairs to be met by a young lady who was going to be my fitter. Well, what a disaster! She asked me to take my top off and I explained my situation and how I needed a non-wired full support bra that would accommodate my prosthesis. She asked the size of the bra I had on and went off to get a bra of the same size. When she returned, I asked if she had a mastectomy bra and she said that she did and told me that the prosthesis should fit into the decorative panel at the front of the bra. I questioned this and she left to check with her manager. When she returned, she informed me that they didn’t have any mastectomy bras, which I was surprised about based on my telephone conversation the day before. She offered me a catalogue for Womanzone and told me that I could order from them, which coincidentally I had already done. At this point, I was feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed but I put on the bra to try and gauge what size was right for me. When faced with questions though, I felt that I could no longer continue and told the fitter that I would need to leave. She left the fitting cubicle and I dressed and left in tears. I felt that I had been totally let down by Bravissimo and vowed never to return. The young lady who was my fitter was not trained to deal with customers with a mastectomy and had no idea of the impact of this so showed no compassion, empathy or consideration for what I may have been feeling and for how difficult this situation was for me. I was in Cardiff for the day and this ruined my day as I walked around trying to disguise my tears for the next hour. Luckily, I was able to book a fitting at M&S for later in the day and had a totally different experience with a fitter who treated me with respect and was able to understand the impact of a mastectomy on self confidence and body image and treat me accordingly.

5 star service, the best bras in all sizes!

Best customer service experience I've had. I went to Bravissimo for the first time with my mum not expecting to buy anything myself. We tried some bras on and I do struggle to find bras my size (30F) but Bravissimo had loads of styles to try. Amelia at the Liverpool store made me feel so comfortable and got my size right straight away (I was wearing the wrong size bra, a 32DD I think). Amelia was so friendly, professional and patient!! I ended up buying a bra she had picked for me after I described what I wanted and I've never felt so supported wearing that bra! They may be on the expensive side (£36) but it's so worth it. Shout out to Bex too who was super friendly, she served us at the till.

AWFUL customer service

AWFUL customer service, cannot get in touch on live chat , emails not responded too - they always charge £5 delivery when you’re spending £100s with them! Ignored my exchange request and refunded me meaning I now have a bikini top with no bottoms and I refuse to order again and spend another £5 - I would never shop with them again but unfortunately very limited where I can shop for bras 😞

Best to shop instore as the sizes - Swimwear ridiculously priced

Best to shop instore as the sizes, fit and styles vary hugely depending on the range. I ordered a sleep bra, seemed comfy enough when tried it on but after a few days of wear it's the most uncomfortable thing ever and it's now discarded. Utter waste of £40 and can't be returned as worn but you don't know if you'll get on with it until you wear it. So will just stick with my normal bra. Also went online to look at swimwear for upcoming holiday....absolutely horrified at the prices OTT is an understatement! £70 for swimsuit that's plain pink and that old fashioned ribbed jersey material! No no no! And why is a bikini top double the price of a bra? Something is very wrong here

Routinely order from them and never have any problems with the bras or the fit as the website is really clear. I’ve even been into store and had a fitting done and the lady was so kind and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. The only reason that I haven’t rated them 5stars is that the price isn’t quite as competitive as other stores.

I ordered 2 bras

I ordered 2 bras - some bright spark in Bravissimo sent them in 2 different packages causing my custom fee to be €36 I didnt pay it, have tried repeatedly to get in contact... Just feed up today. Cant get through on phone, no one response on the chat, just a chat bot - Im waiting to hear back from email (apparently takes 5 days). You wouldnt want to get your products in a timely fashion from this company.....

Big boobs!

I am very embarrassed about the size of my boobs & was really nervous about the fitting . Evie was a young lady who treated me with respect & was very patient bringing numerous bra's/ swimsuits for me to try. She was professional & kind and was not judgemental about my ample boobs size. The best, beautiful bras at Bravissimo

I visited the Liverpool Bravissimo on Monday 8th April 2024. There was a wide variety of bras to choose from & I didn’t have to wait long before I had my bra fitting with Sheri. It was a very positive, enjoyable experience. Sheri was very knowledgeable, listened and helpful. I did not feel rushed and instead of one I left with three bras, uplifted physically & mentally. A must to add to your list of jobs to do. I would strongly recommend a visit to Bravissimo. (It is a shame there are no longer clothes for sale. I loved the tops/ T-shirts & dresses. Thankfully I’ve still got the Bravissimo clothes I bought in the past.
