Nice selection of products to make my own hamper for a Christmas gift for family members in the USA. Was wanting to give them a taste of their homeland, which I believe they enjoyed! They received it before selected date..so super quick delivery.
I cant believe how poor this hamper was a gift at xmas from my wife as i unwrapped it at first it was funny but after, she was very annoyed the cardboard hamper box was half full of wood packing we filled a black bin bag,the items were unimaginative ,boring and in one case totally inedible without the packing the contents didnt even half fill the box i went online and priced the items £38!! hamper price well over £70 no response from their own website NEVER AGAIN!!

Hamper was delivered on the chosen day. It was a Christmas Eve treat for my son and his girlfriend who are both vegan. The basket was beautiful and excellent quality. I had ordered a similar hamper before for my dear US friends, but this was on very short notice after I learnt what a tough year they were having per their Xmas card. I quickly researched what would be available and found the perfect choices, but the del date would be post-Xmas. Well they got it there BEFORE Xmas... honestly! Not a major city, but it arrived in 3 days with DHL at an extremely reasonable courier charge. My friends were over the moon. It seems such a small thing to do, it was not an expensive choice, but their appreciation was so amazing that I knew I'd picked the right gift vs ordering flowers from their local florist. This time I opted to build my own Christmas hamper in order to meet the requirements of a multi generational household with some very specific dietary needs. The range of different products available to suit these needs is excellent and meant that everyone had some lovely surprises.
Wanted to send a gift to family in France for Christmas and the hamper was just the job, inasmuch as the choice on the website was great, the price was very good too as it included customs charges (which took away the hassle of filling customs forms etc). Chose the date for delivery and from there on was kept up to date by email when it was dispatched. It actually arrived a couple of days earlier but this was not a problem. Have since heard that the contents were delicious! Can highly recommend The British Hamper Company and will definitely be using them again in the future.
