I had the pleasure of buying a watch from Bucherer in Covent Garden and the team there were incredible! I enjoyed chatting with Alex and James about our shared passion for watches, and they couldn’t have done more to make us feel really welcome. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish and I’d strongly recommend this beautiful boutique with their huge range of timepieces.
I purchased a gift for my mother online and the experience was wonderful and seamless, delivery was quick (next day). I particularly want to thank Andrew who was attentive and helpful which added a personal touch to the experience. Will definitely use again.

I visited the store in Westfield, Shepherds Bush on 26/03/2024. Chloe was amazingly helpful, patient and kind throughout my visit. There was a team from Rolex, Headquarters explaining the servicing process which was very useful for me to learn about the stringent processes. I really appreciate the attentiveness from Chloe who is an amazing team member helping with the work needed for my watches. Chloe demonstrated professionalism during my visit. I visited Bucherer on 17th February 2024. Having visited a few times. I felt right at home as soon as I walked through the door. I was offered something to drink and met with Felix. We had a great catch up as I felt like I was talking to a friend that I have not seen in a while. Felix is always genuinely caring and asking how the family is doing and I appreciate that amongst our shared discussion for watches. What amazed me was that Felix presented me with a timepiece he had tailored for me as he noted that I was looking for an everyday wear timepiece that is versatile. The design was elegant and understated, just like I had hoped for. As I tried it on, I couldn't help but smile, as it instantly looked fitting with my attire. Felix talked me through the functioning of my timepiece; adjusted my links according to my comfort and made sure I was happy with the fitting. I was very informed with warranty and servicing of the watch. He even showed the luminous look the timepiece gives under black light which was pretty cool. I left Bucherer that day feeling really pleased about my purchase. The fact that Felix can take the vision you have for a timepiece you want and bring it to fruition is just exceptional. Felix and the team at Bucherer have the expertise for making you feel valued and appreciated and that’s why I will be continuing my business with Bucherer. Thank you Felix.
I visited the Cartier lounge at the Bucherer boutique in Westfield London to look at a particular style of timepiece (before committing to buy), and was approached by Chloe. Although I wasn't at the store to purchase, Chloe could not have been more helpful if she tried. Chloe presented me with the watch in question, ensuring that it fitted and was comfortable and even sent me photographs and model number to ensure that I made the right choice for my future purchase. Had I not arrange the purchase elsewhere in advance, I would certainly have purchased from Chloe that day. I left the store feeling valued, even though I wasn't there to purchase a time piece. Great customer service, thank you Chloe!
They advertise inventory they lack, dont dispatch watches claiming damage as an excuse, this is my second purchase from them and I encountered issues with the first one as well; it's safe to say this will be my final transaction with them
Marcus at Bucherer Westfield I was incredibly pleased and appreciative of the service I received. I was always given clear information and he always made me feel comfortable and valued. He had a delightful manner and was 100% about getting it right for me. It was clear from the beginning that this store was firmly about treating customers with respect and I felt like I could ask anything. I would also say that all staff were really polite and easy to talk to, the manager in particular was kind and unassuming . I will definitely purchase from there again.

Brilliant customer service experience provided at your Westfield branch by young assistant Sophia Payani, she was extremely patient & knowledgeable,& let me try on various sizes of the particular watch I wanted,she even suggested a two day go home & decide process contacted me in two days to see if I had made my mind up about purchasing, absolutely no pressure. I returned to purchance my item & had a tea & orange experience & also given a bottle of champagne after my purchase,I so hope in the near future Sophia becomes the branch manager,what a lovely young woman
I went to your westfields Shepherd’s Bush store today with my wife and toddler we were deeply appalled by our experience. We were tended to by Ramona and she immediately made it very apparent that she did not think we were worth her time. I requested to be placed on the waiting list for a Daytona and informed her that I had purchased a submariner from the same store in 2017. She then proceeded to say “there is a long wait list for this watch even for our valued customers” and then proceeded with “we can create a profile for you but I don’t think that is much point.” I have never felt so belittled and dehumanised as I was by Ramona. It is clear that she profiled us based on our appearance or worse still our ethnicity. I then proceeded to tell Ramona that I no longer wanted a profile created for my self and asked her her name. I would like to levy the most serious complaint possible about our systematic profiling in your store and I would like to be informed how I can purchase the watch I came in for. Profiling / discrimination in this day and age cannot be tolerated.
Very disappointed with the customer Experience/Journey I received at Bucherer Westfeild White City, starting from the entering the showroom all the way to seen a manager. What a waste of time choosing to use Bucherer.

Excellent service from Andrew at Bucherer. I had been trying to find a particularly difficult to find Cartier watch and tried numerous jewellers without success. After managing to locate the one I wanted online at Bucherer. com I called rang them up and spoke to Andrew who advised they had one in stock. Andrew arranged for the watch to be sized to fit my wrist to avoid any further delays once I received. Nothing was too much trouble and the watch was delivered within a couple of days. Andrew kept us updated and contacted us on a regular basis to ensure we were satisfied with. I would highly recommend Bucherer.
Hello, In 2018, I made the purchase of two watches from your Bucherer branch located in Selfridges. One of the watches was a Submariner in white gold with a blue dial, and the other was a Submariner Hulk. During this purchase, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lady named Laila. I also bought a diamond ring from your Zurich store. After my initial purchase, I inquired with Laila about the availability of a steel version of the Skydweller, as I already owned the rose gold variant purchased from your Paris store. I revisited the store on multiple occasions, approximately two to three months apart, seeking to follow up on this request. However, to my dismay, I noticed a significant change in Laila's attitude and behavior towards me. On subsequent visits, it appeared as though Laila did not recognize me, despite our previous interactions. She wore a somewhat disgruntled expression and consistently informed me that she could not locate my information within her system. In an attempt to clarify my identity and maintain transparency, I even presented her with my credit card receipts as evidence of my prior purchases. Unfortunately, the level of service and the abrupt change in demeanor from Laila left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I believe that such experiences should not be part of the customer journey when dealing with a reputable establishment like Bucherer. Please note I am not writing this in order to get a particular watch. I dont want any more and will never purchase from Bucherer. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service and engagement.
First class service is difficult to find these days but today was one of those days. I had been trying to source a particularly difficult to find Cartier watch. After managing to locate the one I wanted online at Bucherer. com I called to check delivery details. I spoke to Amal who handled the transaction from start to finish. This included him taking the watch to the Covent Garden store to hand it over to me personally. Nothing was to much trouble and the complimentary champagne went down very well. Next time I need a significant timepiece I shall not hesitate to give Amal at Bucherer a call. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Purchasing a certified pre-owned Rolex from Bucherer was a mixed bag. Telephone customer service on the central phone number virtually non-existent, however, when I finally figured out which store the watch in question was at (not really my job), the sales staff could not have been more helpful. The process of making the customer experience seamless needs work - if I had not really wanted the watch I would have frankly given up.
I am the first one to complain when a service is not up to my standards. I am therefore the first one to complement a company, a team or an employee for delivering a great service ! I have been dealing with Bucherer selfridges twice and was never disappointed ! I went to find my partner’s a push present and a Christmas gift couple of weeks ago … regardless of the way I was looking after a couple of sleepless nights looking after my first born, Ash, the manager welcomed me in the shop. He gave me great advices and offered options. We came to an agreement and a great deal for my search !!! Emily was also there to help and look after me. Honestly, they really went the extra mile, replying to my message on their day off, sending me pictures and following up with the engraving I asked for (at no extra charge)… Great service, great support ! Thank you Ash and Emily !
