Concealable certified IIIA soft armor with stab/slash under $300 (after 1988 🤣)… I found it here! In sizes to boot! I have counted on Bulletproof Zone for accessories and plate armor, but this was my first foray into soft tech. Awesome so far!
The company responded quickly to a question I had on their payment system and hopefully the concern I had was corrected. Regarding the product I ordered, it took a little time to receive but was of very good quality. Will be looking at other quality products they have.

Didn’t have a coupon code spot before checkout, made the purchase then emailed them the issue. They refunded me the discount within the hour, then the next day I found the same Plate Carrier for a lot cheaper. I emailed them again and sent the link along with a picture of the price with the other company, within a couple days they refunded me the difference and then some. They beat the competitors price by 2$. Their customer service and dedication to their returning customers is above reproach!
I made a mistake on my order they got ahold of me the next morning and cleared it up can't beat these folks my second order from them I really like this company!

I placed an order Saturday, April 27 and never received a shipment notification by 5 p.m. Monday, April 29. I paid in full. I have purchased items online before with different companies and within the same business day,-- I'm allowing that Saturday is not a regular business day-- I received both an order number and a tracking number. This company, Bulletproof Zone has not met my expectations as other companies have. UPDATE: I received my item which was "drop shipped" from the manufacturer today, May 8, 2024. I contacted the customer service about 7 times via email and once via telephone. Bulletproof Zone then contacted me 5x to keep me informed of the progress of my order.. I placed a second order for the same first aid kit directly from the Manufacturer -- Refuge Medical and received that kit faster and about $150.00 cheaper than Bulletproof Zone. So, persistence pays off in getting a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Bulletproof Zone requested I update my rating after I get my item. I updated my One Star Rating to a Two Star. I will not be using this company again.

Customer service, Florence in particular, was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't get the color of item I originally ordered. But that was a manufacturer's problem out of BPZ's control. Florence did the best she could under the circumstances to get me another acceptable color expeditiously shipped before an upcoming trip that she was made aware of. She made me feel like their most important customer - rare in today's world.
Had to cancel my order because it was out of stock/discontinued. They quickly told me and offered me a couple options to make it right
