Have used Bunches on various occasions before. Followed up with customer service this time as flowers were not what was ordered and not worth the money. Escalated complaint to Sales Manager who arranged for original order to be resent. That is how to kerp loyal customers!
Easy to order website, fast delivery (next day and it was a Sunday!) excellent choice of flowers/plants, great prices and they arrived in great condition. My go to website for flowers. A big thank you

I was a regular customer of bunches and even recommended them to friends, unfortunately the most recent carnation spray cascade did not live up to expectations and was thin and unimpressive in appearance even after 5 days. The cascade did not open up like the photo on the website. There simply were too few blooms to make this an impressive display and whilst pretty, with such a delicate flower there should be a few more. I sent customer services photos and was given the stock generic pleasant but gaslit response initially that they are in bud still, wait, arrange, etc etc, which we had already done. I know how to arrange a bunch of flowers and realise they open up after a few days and this usually makes a huge difference to the appearance, but sadly not in this instance. I won’t be buying again from bunches as this experience has been so disappointing. They should have just refunded me straight away as it was obvious from the photo I sent first of all that there were significantly fewer blooms on the stems in what we received than in the website display photo. My daughter expressed there was no way she could ever have made them look as full and impressive as on the photo as there simply weren’t enough flowers. Anyway, I don’t appreciate being fobbed off, gaslighted and having to fight for a refund when it’s clear the flowers we received were not up to scratch. So I’m closing down my bunches account and will go elsewhere in future.
As usual, the gift (plant and chocolates) was received on the correct day and was beautiful.
Website easy to use, good range of options, useful delivery tracking and most importantly - delivered on time! Chosen bouquet delivered looks as it did on website. Fantastic international service. Highly recommend!
My wife's anniversary flowers arrived before lunch on the due date and looked generally good, but I was disappointed that there was only one rose and the flower fell off as she was putting in in the vase. However the rest of the flowers have lasted well and after a week the bunch still looks beautiful. Thank you.

The flowers were delivered to the recipient perfectly and I was able to track their delivery to the hour which was great. They were much appreciated and so were the truffles! Very happy, thank you.
I was actually really disappointed with the flowers I sent to an unwell friend. Cost nearly £30 and I could have picked up the same in Aldi for less than a tenner. I wish I had contacted customer service about them. They weren't very good at all. Very few actual flowers, all of which looked a bit weak and pathetic.
flowers came in box which had been flattened and left on doorstep . contact with customer service poor as realy not interested box was damaged. realise the flowers have to bloom before looking like picture on website but looks poor on day they are ordered for (anniversary) will not get my custom in future. we are now into day 3 and they still look nothing like picture on website

I use Bunches fairly often over the years and I’ve never been disappointed. Easy to order gifts. Good prices starting quite low and made more affordable by using posey points. My poorly elderly Aunt was very pleased with the pretty gift.
The flowers arrived a day late for my mum, that was very annoying as they were ordered on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery, which was the Anniversary of my farthers death, so my 1st experience wasn’t great, you say 93% of customers receive their order on time, yet I’m in the 7% on my 1st delivery who didn’t, not convinced! The flowers didn’t look like the picture at all, so don’t know I’ll be using this service again.
Beautiful flowers, getting better every day
I’m from Australia and bought these online for my cousin in London. She said they were lovely and the buds opened up beautifully! Just a suggestion, when delivering to multi story buildings like flats/apartments and not directly to the front door of the recipient it would be a good idea if the recipient receives a text confirming delivery so the recipient knows to go and collect the gift/package.

This has been wonderful. The whole experience from choosing the flowers, through ordering them and the delivery has been very efficient and my daughters bouquet arrived on the day I wanted it to. I've never used bunches before but will do so in the future. Thank you
