We have two dogs Reggie and Lillie, Regie is 18 mnths old and a bit of a fussy eater, Lillie is 13 and a half and will not be with us much longer, she has cancer. Our son and daughter-in-law put us on to Butternut. The dogs love it, no more fussy eating from Reggie. It's clean bowls every meal time. We are only on our first box, but the experience has been great. Next Box tomorrow, can't wait

Luna enjoyed her trial but its does not fill her. Im noticing she looking for food all the time since swapping. However the fact that its priced at £71 pound a month is mad. That dont include extras! That just the 2 meals a day. I thought id give it a go. But i wont be continuing.

My very Fussy eater called Bruce is currently in the transition stage of his new diet onto Butternut Box . Instead of having to be coaxed into eating his food he now eats it straight away , so no better a review than that ? The delivery service was very good and outstanding level of care taken to the packaging. The follow up phone call I received to enquire how Bruce was doing on his new diet made me feel like it was a very special team who were interested in my dogs welfare and would continue to offer their support while making his doggy dreams of delicious food come true .
My two young boys absolutely love this food, every single flavour, they do a little excited dance as I’m putting the bowls down and never leave a scrap! My girl is the fussiest dog I have ever encountered, but even she loves her meals, except perhaps the turkey, but that’s ok as there’s so much choice. She particularly loves the lamb, beef and salmon. All three absolutely love the treats too, especially the smile sticks! We have fed Butternut Box since we brought each one home as tiny puppies and our vet says they are all in perfect condition. The boxes arrive every two weeks, still perfectly frozen. I have invested in a small tabletop freezer which now stores their pouches so no need to clear space in our regular one. I also make an ‘extras’ delivery once a month for treats, broths, poo bags etc. Yes, it’s not the cheapest food on the market, but so worth it. All in all, can’t fault the service and we are very happy! Thank you Butternut Box! ☺️
Very nice fresh food and handy that it can be frozen, but Princess enjoyed the food to the extent that she saw it again. Unable to digest it. I think the food is too rich and probably too good for her tummy. She is a dog that eats or not, periodically, which is not helpful. She is elderly. I will try to introduce portions together with other soft foods and see how it goes.

Most important is that Tashi my dog is now enjoying her food better, as she has always been a picky eater. Company always helpful too.

We have just received our first order for our fussy Cockapoo who was prone to leaving meals recently so we were almost sceptical to see how she would get on with her transition. Expecting her to need a little to start with, we opened the first meal which was Salmon, and Dottie tucked in almost before her bowl hit the ground! We couldn’t believe it and day 2 with a new flavour has proved it’s a hit! Dottie has literally transitioned immediately, to the point of eating a full 300g pouch a day for breakfast and dinner. When we are in the fridge & preparing her meals, she is right at our feet, excited the whole time…and she has never been interested about food before. Having the account & knowing that these are the right amount of calories Dottie should be eating is very reassuring and helpful. Dottie seems very content with the portions and her tummy has been settled. We have adjusted her portion sizes & brought her next order forward. Also a note that delivery was prompt and the food was frozen when unpacked. Really pleased with the service, thank you!
My dog poppy is quite fussy and gets an upset tummy quite easy, since putting her on butternut box she is thriving Excellent products and company , deffo recommend
Excellent quality food! My dog is obsessed. Having had trouble with pancreatitis and soft 💩 touch wood all is good and her 💩 is the best it’s been in 8 years! Maybe a bit costly but worth it.
Although our dog loves these food packs, there are however getting to be quite expensive per month, not only that I have noticed how much smaller these pack are getting, when feeding my dog, she alway have half a pack plus some mixer from tin too twice a day, that how I have noticed the difference…. So not impressed to be honest rather disappointing. Do hope they will look into this and make a better improvement

Their packaging is modern and environmentally friendly and they took the time to call us after the first box to see how it went. Big paws up from Goob and us.
Butternut Box is a fantastic product and service. We switched from raw to their food for our Frenchie, and noticed an improvement in her fur skin and general demeanor. The specifically measured packets are just right for her and she enjoys the variety. They get delivered and they are then easy to manage via the fridge and the freezer. I recommend them regularly on our French Bulldog focused site blog, Frenchiechat.com. Definitely recommend these products.
Absolutely gutted. Paid 56 pound for a box of food for my dogs and my order didn't get delivered to my house (it went to my awful neighbour as to which I specifically stated NOT to deliver to neighbours) Tried emailing with no reply so disputed with the bank for them to reject my claim staying they have evidence of delivery... Yes delivered, but not to my house... so yeah 56 pound down and no dog food. Livid.
Almost perfect. The food quality is 5 stars but delivery concerns crop up every so often.
Great service, super range of recipes and packed well. First box of pouches were very reasonably priced too.
