As title states
I ordered the rubber for my oven door, gave all the information , serial number etc. the one that is on my oven is in one piece the one you sent me is in 4 pieces which is no good. There is nowhere you can pin it on , so waste of money. You can’t talk to anyone to explain what’s wrong . Sorry

easy to find the part i needed, and it fitted perfectly when it arrived.
I needed a replacement part for a Bosch sanding machine, not sure where I could purchase the part, but a bit of research I found the 'Buyspares' web site and found the part I required. Happy to place an order the part soon arrived. Delivery took five days but our local postal delivery is not particularly consistent.
It took Royal Mail four days to deliver the item that was ready one day after order placed so Buy Spares are good and efficiant( can't say that about the delivery agents)! Would use them again for parts if needed.

Part did not fit even though I had searched and ordered using the model number. Contacted customer services who said I needed to pay for the return and sent me the number of the part I needed. All fine, so far, except the part was completely wrong - and now I need to pay for the return again. The customer support was very disjointed and impersonal. Not happy with the service at all.
