I make almost weekly orders to this shop - it is like my grocery shop for dry and canned goods! Always satisfied! Have not had to contact customer service yet. I’m using this shop to replace all the items in my pantry for organic and it’s so easy to do using their website search engine. I love so many things about their website - I can save items to a wish list, I can collect points to get money off next purchases, they send me discount codes, and websites tells me suggestions of how to use the product. Very satisfied!

It wasn't a great experience due to the fact that only half my order arrived... however once I contacted them through the right email then it was resolved. You can't respond to the email you were sent about the product so not a straightforward as it could be. Also they could email you to see if there were any issues themselves
Although I haven’t tried the product yet, I must say their customer service is outstanding . My first order got lost by Royal Mail (surprise !) when I contacted customer service they sent me a new parcel right away which arrived promptly yesterday ! Thank you!!
