My experience was excellent from the moment I placed my order, my order arrived promptly and in good order. I'm fairly good with bikes so putting it together was simple, instructions are excellent and easy to understand. Bike functions perfectly I have zero complaints on fit or finish. The bike has exceeded my expectations for comfort and control. I also give it 5 stars for value and quality of parts. If I had to pick anything that bothered me and it is trivial, the seat post bolt fell out into the box so I had a mini meltdown trying to figure out what to do before I found it in the bottom of the box, with that said I think Canyon knocked it out of the park from start to finish!!!!

Canyon délègue à UPS la livraison. Je n'ai pas été livré du matériel commandé. NI canyon NI UPS ne donnent d explication malgré mes démarches.
I am, or was a proud owner of a Canyon Neuron ON 7. 2022 with 700km on the clock, with barely any scratch to be seen. All was good until a couple of weeks ago when I found that the suspension triangle at the rear is rubbing near the linkage where the bolts are, so hard it took out the paint all the way to the aluminium. Went online and found multiple members owning the same bike complaining about the very same issue and have photos to prove. One of them kindly explained the process he took in Germany and in the end Canyon admitted this was due to misaligned linkage (possibly manufacturing issue I say) and sent another frame as replacement. I have the person contact and he kindly accepted to show me the documentation proving this as well. In the meantime I get in contact with Canyon via chat, got the email for the warranty support, after some emails I was advised to get to the only Service partner in Ireland, Cycle Superstore which is far from my place. Nevertheless I drove there yesterday. To my astonishment the rep says this is wear and tear, when I disagreed and showed evidence other users didn't get the same answer, which seems ridiculous to me he accepted to take the bicycle. Not even 24 hours later I receive a call with the same answer, apparently, paint coming out of bicycles and suspension linkage rubbing is a feature for Canyon. What is frustrating is seeing this problem assessed in different ways depending on who looks at your bike. Because this was a big investment for me, I will pursue my rights in the European court of small causes and I have a witness and several photos to document all of this. And to all of you seeing their reviews, if everything goes well, perfect, but if it goes wrong, it is a lottery, and a shame because I believed even though they didn't have a physical store in Ireland I would be covered if something went wrong. Extremely disappointed and I will make my very best to tell my friends, and other bike enthusiasts to never buy a Canyon.

Alles war gut. Website, Beratung, Einkauf, Versand. Ein wenig enttäuscht bin ich, dass nur ein Leasingpartner angeboten wird. Viele Firmen legen ihrerseits den Partner fest. Als Anbieter sollte es egal sein bei wem man least. Ich habe trotzdem gekauft. Ohne Leasing halt. Ausserdem finde ich es blöde, dass ich am Ende noch die Kiste bezahlen muss. Zu teuer. Psst....schlagt das doch einfach auf den Preis;) Einfach wegen der Customer Journey 😉 Etwas ennttäuscht war ich auch, dass mein Bike kurz nach meiner Bestellung günstiger wurde. Mein neues Rad ist also sofort weniger wert. Hätte mir gewünscht, dass ich vorab per Newsletter von der geplanten Rabattaktion erfahren hätte, so als Geheimtipp....
Ótima bicicleta e bom preço para quer está na transição entre uma bicicleta de entrada e uma de maior qualidade. Envio rápido e transparente, podendo acompanhar todas as etapas de compra e envio e pude inclusive agendar o dia melhor para a entrega. Ótima embalagem, caixa pode ser usada para outros transportes, inclusive há instruções no site para reembalar a bicicleta para um novo transporte. Excelentes instruções de montagem, com vídeos e manual bons. Porém o vídeio enviado por e-mail com as instruções é diferente do encontrado direto na página para o mesmo modelo (o meu é a Grizl 5). Apesar do vídeio de montagem indicar ser o mesmo para todos do modelo, percebi significantes diferenças entre o que recebi e o que era montado, o que pode deixar os menos experientes confusos ao tentarem montar por si só, por exemplo no tocante ao espaçamento que sobra ao parafusar o guidão. Os acessorios da própria Canyon são excelentes, bem compatíveis e de ótima qualidade, mas acho um preço elevado para os que querem um uso mais simples. Porém, os acessórios de parceiros sugeridos pela Canyon, no meu caso o bagageiro traseiro da Tubus e o guarda-lamas da deixaram a desejar. São bons, porém com péssimas instruções, não possuem etapas de montagem, letras minúsculas de se ler (tenho hipermetropia, não consegui ler, tive q montar na intuição) e nem sequer um vídeo ou manual digitalizado para eu conseguir dar um zoom no papel. O guarda-lamas não é exatamente compatível, é de uma qualidade péssima para o preço (modelos genéricos pela internet oferecem qualidade muito maior por 10 euros a menos) e nem sequer é exatamente o mesmo modelo das imagens indicadas no site, nem mesmo dos vídeos de montagem (observei 3 tipos diferentes do mesmo modelo vendido, e o que recebi era o pior deles). Esperava uma compatibilidade melhor, sendo ele sugdrido pelo próprio site para o tipo da bicicleta. O guarda-lamas certamente não compraria de novo. Mas foro o citado, o resto foi perfeito e a bicicleta é magnífica. Recomendo atenção na hora de escolher o tamanho, pois a medição sugerida pelo site costuma indicar um modelo maior. Eu tive que buscar vídeos sobre pessoas que compraram e possuem as mesmas proporções que eu. Recomendo atenção às medidas importantes para si na geometria.
