Paid extra to recieve the parts. Two days later after the expected delivery date I chase the order only to be told they didn't have it in stock. Not very helpful when I needed the car off the drive for a skip delivery and a lumber delivery. Nobody bothered to contact me offering an alternative. Customer support is a text chat not a number. Only good thing is I could cancel and got a refund.
Put an order in on 06/05/24….. still waiting for parts….. Very disappointed. Had I known I’d be waiting THIS long id have gone elsewhere

I had purchased service parts. Everything arrived. Took longer than expected but the matter was dealt with promptly, great customer service.
Easy to get in touch with. Found the guy quite patronising. Said they’d get back to me but didn’t so this was my 2nd call. Took 2 payments and said I’d ordered twice. I now have to wait 14 days for a refund. Not happy about that at all.
Used many times, never had a problem , items always turn up ontime prices are good , stock is good , probably the best avaliable, for when you don't have time to get out to collect

Easy to navigate, always have the parts I require, normally there are discount codes too (bonus) and free delivery for items over £30. What is there not to like. Been using this service provider for a number of years now and have never disappointed. Very highly recommended.
