Great service as always. We have been in shop 3 times trying to decide what we wanted & finally made out purchase today. Each time we were served by a lovely young lad Taylen who was very friendly, polite & helpful with our decision. Will definitely be using carpet right again.

Perry in old Kent road branch was very helpful great customer service, also another women who’s name I can’t remember was lovely. Began with a M… Delivery and fitting men nice but there English was not great so communication not great, they took my mums carpet upstairs put in the wrong room and folded it in half so it creased all the carpet up right in the middle all the way through. (We booked in a private fitter) for next day? my mum’s elderly so she didn’t know they had done that until I got there later on in evening but carpet was in a bad way by then, I was at my sons house wating for his carpet from same store to be delivered, had no issues layed by fitters provided by carpet right, all good

I ordered some carpet and when the fitters came to lay it, it was too small. The company accepted my mistake with the measurements and adjusted my order without question. Brilliant service.
Carpet ordered on 15th April to match existing stair carpet. No issues, automated email to tell is fitting scheduled on 2nd May. I was contacted by the Livingston branch the evening of 30th April to say there may be an issue due to system problems. Asked if I wanted another carpet...WHAT!!!! Told the Manager would phone on the 1st of May to let us no what was happening. No phone call so rang the branch and spoke to Fatima who said tomorrow fitting as per schedule. 3 hours later Manager Ed phoned to be told the order had not been pulled through due to ordering system issues and would not be in today's delivery. System had been down for 8 days. Where was the advance notice if there were going to be issues. Had already dismantled wardrobes, moved drawers, and lifted the carpet ready for the fitting day tomorrow. Daughter coming home from university and all the stuff in her room and now with a fitting date of May 10th. What an absolute shambles. Contact from Debbie at Carpetright on the 9th May to confirm fitting. Was promised by Ed (other manager) it would be an AM fitting, only to be told its an all day appointment. Another wasted full day sitting about waiting. Refunded by store the delivery fee of £40 which is just a token gesture after all the upheaval. Have had to take extra time off work as well. Fitters were great and same bunch of lads who did my stair. Will not use carpetright again....
The manager in the Maidstone store helped me no end sorting out my new carpet that was being purchased under an insurance claim. I can’t thank him enough so hopefully this review will be acknowledged
My order wouldn't go through online, so I called the number online and Richard completed the order for me - what a gent. As an extra sweetner, Richard worked his magic and got me a good discount on underlay, so it worked out cheaper than online. Definitely worth the phone call. Was a very Easy process (after the initial online hiccup) and booked in for fitting in a couple of weeks. Class service

Richard was very helpful when we called for a quote. We went in to store to complete purchase and he gave very good advice, was polite professional throughout, we would highly recommend Richard and Carpetright.

Terrible service from start to finish. System was down for days, could not order carpet for days, nobody can use a pen, paper and calculator! Order complete, paid for carpet. Day before Monday fitting, get a call to advise carpet not in warehouse.....room cleared, furniture in hallway, visitors arriving Tuesday 14th...no carpet. Informed by Lee at Solihull Retail Park store he would call Monday to update. Had to call Lee in store, by 3.30pm I had not heard from him. Told that carpet not available for another week. ORDER CANCELLED AND REQUESTED REFUND.
Simone was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right option for my needs. She was full of ideas and explained the differences to me to help me decide. She was very pleasant in her approach and listened to the requirements I had. She clearly explained the steps in the process and helped me understands all that was involved and arranged a fitting suitable to my agenda. thank you
