I contacted the Cartridge Shop because I had not received my parcel, despite Evri saying they had delivered it, but had received one for someone else. It was just a courtesy call as I expected to receive my parcel later. Chris went beyond what I expected and arranged a replacement and offered to send me a free returns label if the original turned up. Fantastic service.

I have been buying ink cartridges, both compatible and printer manufacturer originals, from Cartridge Shop since 2013 and I would strongly recommend them for the quality of their cartridges and for their excellent customer service. I recently started to use an HP printer and ordered the wrong cartridge for it which would not work. It is an HP+ printer and I had not been aware that HP program their HP+ printers not to accept compatible cartridges and only to accept original HP ones. I rang Cartridge Shop to tell them I had ordered the wrong cartridge and spoke to Louise in customer services. She was very understanding and immediately said she would arrange for me to receive a refund for the cost of the cartridge. During our conversation she gave me some excellent advice and very helpful guidance about ink cartridges and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Louise is a credit to herself and to Cartridge Shop and I would like to thank her for the excellent customer service she gave me which went well above and beyond anything I expected.
I've used this company before and was reassured that it is still easy to order and that Royal Mail provided an efficient service. Cartridges are compatible with Epson printer, which makes them much more cost-effective. I reported a small problem with the order, which was resolved rapidly and very satisfactorily by Joshua. Thank you. I would recommend this company and will use them again.
Very good service from Sarah R sorting out a cartridge that wasn't working properly - I've had several cartridges over the years from them that have worked well so it's good to see the service is good when things do occasionally go wrong.
Over the years I have used 'Cartridgeshop' compatible cartridges with no problems. However, my empty cartridges have built up substantially. I understood from recycling centres/ares, that empty cartridges were a prohibited area and not accepted. So now over the years, I have a bucketful and an environmental problem, how to be rid of them? I thought I would email 'Cartridgeshop' to pose my problem. An immediate reply from Chris stated 'retailers must provide a process to recycle used ink/toner items'. Recycling bags were on there way to me! Problem solved. My thanks to Chris for the professional service provide.

Cartridge Shop makes good offers. I find it the best place to buy 350 & 351 XL cartridges. I had a bit of difficulty amending my address, but Chris was very helpful.
I have used the Cartridge Shop for several years. I purchase the compatible cartridges which are a very good price and very reliable. On this occasion I ordered the wrong cartridges and couldn't get them to work. The cartridge shop replied to my emails promptly, were very polite in their response, pointed out my error and sent a link to the right cartridges. They also agreed to me returning the cartridges and giving me a credit for the cost. Their customer service has always been excellent but on this occasion, I felt Sheree in customer services went over and above what I expect. Thank you very much and I will be returning to buy more cartridges very soon.

I was struggling to copy everything that was required to progress the project I am currently managing in the north of Scotland. I was running out of ink and ordered a cartridge from CartridgeShop. Unfortunately the cartridge failed and I became even more frantic and ordered a further original HP- and that arrived very quickly and worked. I sent an email to your help desk dept and my query was dealt with by Marianne who was very prompt in replying and sympathetic to my situation. Marianne advised that I could be helped.
