Quality product however didn't come with any instructions so didn't realise that i had to remove the whole front cover of the post box to access the fixing holes.... also for a premium product the brick raw plugs provided were bargain basement ! so please upgrade these as the post box was extremely heavy. We purchased a classic airer with wall mounting as a house warming gift for our daughter. The quality of the product is excellent and the styling is perfect for her Edwardian flat. There were some issues which caused me to behave out of character; when it became obvious that most of the issues were caused by the recipient (!), not the manufacturer, I was made to look very daft! Our response must have been a Customer Service nightmare and yet they remained professional and helpful throughout. I owe them a public apology - sorry. Sadly, we are getting used to companies who are tardy and slack. ‘Cast in Style’ is NOT one of these and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for sorting everything

Bought the clothes airer and within 12 months the slats were mouldy. I rang customer care who explained how to clean them etc. We have a well ventilated purpose built drying room. It has barn door plus extraction fan and a large radiator which comes on 2x per day with the hot water for the house. There is no way this room is damp. I have a 9kg washing machine for a 3 person family I only do 2 loads per week plus one for bedding + towels. I use my drier for all bedding , pjs and anything I would like soft. The clothes airer Is not practical even for light use. It looks great (toxic black mould aside) but that is all it’s fit for. I will be purchasing more slats and varnishing them myself. Really peevish company who don’t seem to have very good customer service. I was so excited when I got my airer I even shared and tagged them with all of my friends. They have now updated their care section to cover their back for the wooden laths but still not responsibility taken with my issue. I made my order in 2021 and contacted them less than a year later and have since contacted them again this month to hopefully rectify the offending mould. You can’t clean mould off it just gets into the wood which is why it keeps coming back. Such a shame as the airer is beautiful we get lots of comments on it but I always tell them how expensive it was and how mouldy it gets.
Lovely airer- hubby ordered it and then changed the order from six to four and it came really quickly. Great service really helpful and wonderful product. Can't believe we've waited 15 years to get this!!!
I purchased a black swan doorstop. It was half price and did say seconds. Seconds mean defects but this door stop is NOT A DOORSTOP as it can't stand up. If the door moves slightly in the wind, it falls over which is dangerous as it is heavy and should not be sold at all for safety reasons. Instead, they should be returned to the country / place of origin responsible for this defect. Obviously BASIC casting skills have been overlooked. I contacted customer service immediately who informed me, it did state, somewhere, they were "seconds" because they fall over! This is more than a second, it is not functional.
