Avoid. Terrible Customer service. Tried to return a motherboard for a warranty repair, they claim there is no fault with the motherboard but I don't believe it was tested properly. Trying to get the board returned but they sent it to wrong address. Multiple emails with no replies. Phone call with no result. Ongoing for nearly 2 months now.

Fault product no refund

I bought a laptop and it was faulty!!! Send it back and they do not refund my money even if i send them a video with the faulty product!! AVOID buying from them SCAMERS!!!!!

Taking 1 week to reply multiple times

Taking 1 week to reply multiple times, I was sent faulty motherboard finally given a return label by Ccl for them to fix it now Royal Mail have the parcel for 3 weeks+ but won’t deliver it because they saying Ccl hasn’t paid for the return label that they gave me and I’ve been without a computer for months now and call back to not responding

Finally got a reply from ccl but they are saying they are in the hands of receivers and cant won't pay me my refund owed of £65, so be aware if you buy from them they are not owned yet by anyone, if anyone buys the company they will aquire the debts also but won't pay out any money owed to customers, as they know we can't afford to take them to court over small amounts . So AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS . i can fully recommend Scan computers and ebuyer if you want a computer or parts , never had an issue with either company and i've purchased many parts from both over the years and will remain my goto shops for computer parts.

Too long a story, but just to say won't be using again, was told twice an item had been dispatched to me 3 weeks later still no item RUBBISH !!! Order Number: 4853881 And still not received a refund!!

Sold product not in stock, lots of waiting..

1. Randomly added to their mailing list after not having opted in.. nor ordered from them for years, meaning they ignored marketing laws. 2. Recently ordered a hard drive as they had a good price, which the website did not say was not in stock.. after not receiving it for a week called in to find this out, but was told it would be shipped that day. Then called again 2 days later and had to wait 45minutes to get someone, still not posted. They have refunded, but overall bad experience. *Edit* Order Number - 4853549

Still not received my refund for a…

Still not received my refund for a faulty hard drive, i have proof of acknowledgment of the goods by them and a promise of a refund, i emailed their complaints department and received a receipt email and ticket number and still not had a reply that was sent over a month ago, when i phone up they fob me off saying they will pay by end of the day. This is not funny and no way to treat your customers. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES HASSLE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Bought a SD card from CCL over five years ago' Now suddenly I am being spammed with sales rubbish. Very sad way to conduct business. Being asked for proof to avoid review removal .. So Original order No 3344783 on 22.1.2019 emails received 5th and 6 May 2024 (more deleted) Recent reviews show a similar picture.

No communication and missed delivery date

Paid extra for guaranteed delivery on a specific day. It's now the end of the day and I haven't even had a despatch notification. When I try to track the order on the site it says to enter the delivery postcode even though I have. The support page says to track orders through the 'My orders' page but my order isn't there as I wasn't signed in when I placed the order (even though I used the same email address). And the 'Create Support Ticket' button doesn't do anything. Edit: Now received, two days late

An excellent experience at the best price!

Long time customer of CCL as I've bought most of my PC related things from them, ordered a monitor as of recent and monitor came in perfect condition. My only reason for dropping a star is that delivery time was WAY overdue due to their issues with having contact with DPD and stock. It did suck to wait longer but i would not have had an issue waiting if only they kept me up to date. For some positive feedback, they should have a highlighted announcement on their front page stating the issues and possible delays to delivery times, or even next to the expected delivery when looking at products. This way, at least customers would know about delays and prepare for them. Apart from this, Joshua from their customer service was a star, kept me up to date after the fist initial email and swift replies. Overall, ill be sticking with CCL since they have A LOT more products to offer at much cheaper prices (Monitor at CCL cost me 350 quid compared to 700+ from other sellers) Many thanks to CCL and Joshua from Customer Service!

Superb, fast delivery and in 'as new' condition

I purchased a cheap 'Grade C' condition Geopad 220 tablet over the weekend. The order was dispatched on Monday morning and arrived Tuesday morning. The tablet arrived in the retail box, with all original packing materials and paperwork. All the accessories, keyboard, power supply and touch pen, were all present. At first boot the PC went through the Windows 11 configuration settings like any other new PC. Everything looks unused, for example the battery for the pen is still sealed in the packaging. The only evidence I can find of prior use is 10 hours of uptime for the SSD . I will definitely buy from CCL again as they've really exceeded my expectations.

Tried to contact them regarding a presales query - nothing major, Was going to buy a computer as a gift for someone and wanted to ask about warranty registration etc.. Nothing - no response... i would understand if it was a hard question to answer - but it seems reasonable that i should be able to get a response when spending over a grand!

Totally unprofessional, selling items that they do not have in stock

I bought a 24 inches monitor to replace a none working monitor in my workstation, hoping that like all the other retailers in the market, I would have received it in couple of days. 5 days later, I decided to call them because the item hadn't been shipped yet, and I sadly discovered that the item was put on the website before the stock had even arrived in their warehouse and I had to wait another 5 days to get it. I currently waiting for the refund and I had to order the same monitor on Amazon. Unfortunately thanks to their lack of professionality, I wasted a week for something that usually takes 2 days, and considering that I use that extra monitor to increase my productivity at work, it has been very frustrating as I was expecting at least an email advising me that the monitor was not on stock. This would have allowed me to cancel the order straight away and not 5 days later. Ironically the same day I placed that order on CCL, I order an item on Aliexpress, which has already been delivered. You should be proud of yourself, you became less reliable than Chinese retailers
