Really poor communication regarding refunds. Not that easy to make return - clunky process compared to other similar companies. No email confirmation when return first made and now, 5 working days later after the returned item has been received back at Celtic and co, no sign of a refund. Will be buying any Celtic & Co stuff via John Lewis from now on.
Gorgeous boots, great colour style, comfortable too. Doesn’t bother my bunion although they are very slimline. Think I am going to wear them even in any warm weather!! 😂😂
Never had a problem before, always been great. The order was so long ago I forgot I'd made it and as nothing has arrived I can't really review. Celtic & Co have replied to me and I can't fault their customer service and as I said everything I have ordered before has been excellent.
My son in law loves them but I don’t know the detail: much more practical than the usual soft tan colour as the dirt won’t show on black; and he found cleaning the tan ones pretty unsatisfactory
Really love my purchase, it is of high quality and fits perfectly. My jumper came on time and wrapped with care and very environmentally packaging.
Ordered and paid for a matching cardigan and top. I paid next day delivery. I received an email to say the top had been dispatched. I phoned to ask where the cardigan was, as it is a matching set. I was told the order was cancelled and refunded. I asked why i did not receive an email to explain. The customer services person did not know! I asked them to stop the order as i do not want one without the other. That could not be done. This was my first order from this company and it shall be my last. What disappointing lack of any customer service, just appalling! The customer services person could not of cared less. Profit drive - without a thought for the customer. What a shame!

These jumpers are the most comfortable I have worn. They're quite lightweight but very warm. They’re generous in sizing (I’m a size 8 and needed an XS.) The after sales team were super friendly and efficient. Will def be saving up to buy another Celtic jumper soon.

Company is difficult to get prompt email replies, having to wait up to 5 days. I had to chase my refund. I have bought from Celtic on a number of occasions but this latest dealing I would think twice from purchasing!
