OMG wonderful the packing was great and it came with duster bag which I wasn’t expecting from some reviews. The bag itself, color was exactly what I was expecting beautiful color, size. Love love love, I purchased in the color light blue but I think I’ll go back and get one of the other colors also.

I haven't received my order it. I ordered 3 things on 20th of April, i got an email that it has been shipped on 22th April. Now it is 5th May and I still haven't received it. I wanted to make another order as some stuff i wanted weren't available but then they became available, but I decided that I don't want to order anything anymore. It is a very bad shipping process.

Customer service needs improvement other than that, products are great and well made.
More than a month have passed and my package has not been delivered as promised 6-8 days! it was a birthday gift! My shipment has been stuck for three weeks in Barcelona and not moving. shipping company is not responding to my emails. This company is silent too. Not responding to my emails, ignoring me. Can you do something???
