Always a pleasure to deal with. I had a recent issue where a product arrived damaged . Sabah dealt with it straight away and a replacement product arrived in a few days
I ordered the Airbrush foundation, which is my absolute favourite and couldn’t recommend enough. Unfortunately this got lost in transit. I contacted customer services and within less than 24 hours, Au’Jah contacted me and had another dispatched with express delivery. Absolutely outstanding service and couldn’t recommend enough.
My product can broken I went online was was talking with a lady called izzy who resolved my issue, very fast and and in a woundfull manner, she went above and beyond to help and make sure I was all sort with new product on there way very thankfully x
I received a damaged product and Natalie M was really helpful and issued a new one right away with express delivery and an email confirmation. Happy to get it sorted out so quickly and looking forward to receiving it.
Après avoir passé commande j ai reçu un autre contenu , j ai donc appelé le customer service 5 minutes après avoir ouvert la boîte , excellente surprise, car on m a renvoyé dans foulée les articles commandés non reçus et j ai gardé les deux articles reçus par erreur !!!! Première expérience très bien rattrapée !

I made a mistake when writing my email address for a voucher. Contacted the company and spoke to a lovely agent called Loubna who sorted it without hesitation. Fantastic customer service.

I put in the wrong delivery address by accident and the helpline was so nice about managing to change it to my home address. Great to have a telephone service to speak to an individual who could resolve my issue! Very good service and lovely products!
Part of my order arrived damaged. Molly got back with me promptly and upon receiving my photos, which I sent right away, offered to issue a full refund or ship the product again. I chose to receive the product and am looking forward to receiving it. Great customer service. My original order was also changed to ship express, which I did not choose. I did not report this. 🙁

I had a problem regarding the receipt of an e-gift voucher which was very quickly resolved. (I've ordered these and they have been sent almost instantly).
I had an issue with being sold the wrong shade of the beautiful skin foundation at a Fenwick's counter. Due to Fenwick's policy I could not receive and exchange or a refund. However, I contacted the Charlotte Tilbury customer service team directly for a solution and they very kindly provided me with store credit to get my usual shade. Thank you for sorting this problem out so quickly and efficiently!

Ik heb 2 keer een bestelling gedaan bij Charlotte Tilbury, maar ik had 3 klarna’s ontvangen. Echter hebben zij mij niet geholpen en moest ik contact opnemen met klarna en van klarna met charlotte tikbury. Hierdoor ben ik €116 euro kwijt aan helemaal niks.
