I have some cognitive difficulties post Covid. I bought a lovely dress for my daughter’s graduation, and then realised I’d not applied the discount I had. My PA called you & explained the situation. This was our first experience with Chesca. I was helping my mum to order an outfit for her granddaughters wedding & it turned out not to be right for her but it certainly was down to the quality of the item. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. The quality is very impressive, the item arrived gift boxed & wrapped in tissue paper. With us having to return the product I was delighted with their returns service. I am disabled so order online & return quite often from all different companies but Chesca was the most straightforward by far. I would happily recommend this company.
The order process was straightforward, delivery by Royal Mail prompt and the top is really lovely - delightful colour combination and a good fit.

My red dress is wonderful and fits like a dream. One pair of size 22 trousers fit me perfectly and the other pair was too tight - I have bought these trousers from you for years and they have always fitted and, if anything, I have lost some weight - I ordered a pair last year and the were also a bit tight - I notice this pair were made in Romania so perhaps you have changed manufacturer?? Generally I love your clothes so I really wanted to give you a 5.

Delighted with my raincoat especially since it was in the sale. It would be perfect over evening clothes where an ordinary coat would not look good. With s as hood as well, one need not have an umbrella. Very chic.
