This company lacks integrity their 14 day return policy is nothing but mere hassles and hackling. So far they’ve offer 10% - 50% refund to keep items but they won’t send a return receipt with the address to return the items. Each time it reply no to their offer it takes 24 hrs to reply hence eating up the 14 day return policy. Why do I want a discount for items that I can’t fit. Regardless of the inexpensive clothes …I rather work with a company that has integrity and you are not hassle to fulfill their own policy. Then the cost to return based on their tracking system is the same cost of the clothes your purchase d so you still lose with them. Not worth the time wasted to get your money back. NEVER AGAIN
The prices were great. The merchandise top notch. Couldn't log in to my account but when I get a chance I'll investigate further but had to hop on these deals before they were sold out!

🛑DO NOT ORDER FROM CHIC ME 🛑 I needed to return my goods worth £41.60 I was offered partial refunds and said no I want a full refund, I returned them after multiple emails asking for a return address and they refunded me £28.86? When I questioned it I was talking to cherry and this is her response “ Hello, Sorry about this Have a nice day. Regards, Cherry” Disgusting customer service I have asked to speak to a manager and Cherry gave me the same response as above ⬆️ there’s only so many times you can here “ Hello, Sorry about this Have a nice day. Regards, Cherry” Well Cherry I hope you have a crap day! I have logged complaints and I will make sure people know they rob you and I will never order from them again!
Ordered 5 items size 10/12, arrived almost amonth later in 2 dispatches. All items for a size 6!. After 8 email complaints, offered 10% discount if kept, declined, then offered 20% discount if kept! again declined as all undersize, poor quality. When I made it very clear did not want, was infoirmed I had to pay £ 5.00 for return label! plus the original carrage/delivery cost would also be deducted> Please beware this is a scam, I believe other postive reviews are false! Chic me replied via trust pilot, but now ignoring me! I think all positive reviews are fake! Will update when Chic Me contact re refund. This is a con company. After in excess of 20 emails, messages, Chic Me are basically use to wearing down customers, many reviews confirm the same. Chic me - dispite all incorrect sized items sent - stiil require costs to return to be deducted from order value! This company should not be trusted! Will constantly update! After in excess of 20 emails, no all ignored! Buyers please beware of this outfit!
