This online store is awful! Worst online store ever!!! They’re very discriminatory against plus size people. I only deal with this site because I’m a bridesmaid and this is where my cousin wants us to get the dress. Apart from that I would not have proceeded to purchasing a dress at all after seeing that you can only return a dress size 14 and under. With that being said I’m a US size 16! I purchased a size 18, because I thought it would be a big enough size and I’d alter it to a size 16. When I finally got the dress it was soooooooo small I couldn’t even fit into it. I’ve bought plenty of clothes online to know that size 18 would’ve been big. Well it wasn’t! I reached out to customer service and they were awful!!!! They gave me sooooo many excuses! First excuse is that their website sizes are not local size, so why the hell would u have U.S 18 if it’s not local size, if I see U.S.18 I’m going to think local because I live in the US. apparently the only way u can get ur size is if u measure to their size. Their site post false U.S measurements. They said that they would give me a full refund if I can prove that their measurements were off. Their measurements were obviously off by ALOT, but based on their chart it was off by 3 inches, then they told me to measure in cm, hellooooo u clearly have inches and cm on ur site. Anyways if I’m suppose to sit here and list all their awful excuses that they gave me I’ll be here all night writing a book. Awful site, awful customer service, don’t ever deal with these people! Then they offered to alter it based on their measurements, if u alter it based on ur measurements I’m still not gonna for the dress like wth???
It was nice having such a large selection of dresses to choose from, and knowing that everyone in our wedding party will have a different style to be unique.
i received the dress in a few weeks, absolutely gorgeous, even better in real life, the material is so soft, stunning color and fit absolutely recommended, amazing prom dresses

Do NOT PURCHASE YOUR DRESS HERE. Ordered a Bridesmaids dress for my Best-friends wedding in June the dress did not match the description. I sent a email along with pictures and videos of the dress showing proof they refused to refund my money these people are money hungry and poor customer service and satisfaction. I have a dress that is not only the wrong description but inaccurate measurements. Seams splitting in dress and the space between boobs measurement was too far spaced out. I’m now out of $173 and I’m stuck with a dress I can’t wear
Ordered dress and it was not the same as the picture and they don’t offer refunds over a size 14. Our wedding party had 4 out of 7 dresses that were uneven and or missing thread never again will I order from this place I found the same dress o. Amazon better quality and cheaper

Extremely impressed with the quality of these dresses! I ordered one for a wedding in December 2024 and received a beautiful gown. The fit is incredible, length and size is perfect, and the dress is so elegant and well made. All of the bridesmaids and the bride were so excited and loved the fact that we could choose from the dozens of options, from fabric, to color, top, slit, style, etc. For example, the green velvet gown I got was 1 out of 80 or so gorgeous options! The prices were so reasonable and the process of creating the dress & shipping takes less than a month. They have so many options for skirts, tops, sleeves, etc and essentially custom make dresses for each customer, with no charge for custom sizing. They have an extremely helpful size chart on their websites, and as long as you use that to either get their regular sizes (like I did) or provide your measurements to them so they can make your dress in custom size for free. The business was very communicative and helpful via email. Make sure to order swatches as the colors can look different online than what they do IRL, but swatches are cheap and arrive quickly. I am so happy with my gown and know of many people planning weddings in the near future, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much to the people of ChicSew for everything!

Terrible quality, stingy accommodations response to the response from the company: It was terrible quality from the start, hence the review the same month of purchase. You claim I can return but that’s not what your return policy suggests. I purchased from here because my friend who is getting married sent me here to get a bridesmaid dress. Considering most of your customers are in my position, it would be more reasonable to accommodate for returns and exchanges. You’re upset that I wouldn’t take down this review in exchange for a refund. I have offered that I will take down this review when I get a refund first. Thanks for understanding.
My dress fits me pretty perfectly! Only thing is the slit on the side is very high.

The fact that they have emerald green dresses and not a swatch really concerns me. I will not be placing a order nor my bridesmaids.
The variety of dress styles and sizes to choose from made my shopping a great experience overall. I love the many colors that are available to choose from. Not being able to return a dress if it’s over a size 14 is sad for me because 99% of my order is above that size. I’m looking forward to receiving my bridesmaids dresses because if they are anything like the picture then my ladies are going to be gorgeous!!!
