Went into the Manchester store first time the lady was all lovely and friendly my boyfriend bought a watch and rings this was over 1200 altogether. As we get home we proceed to notice that the watch does not even fit properly it’s too tight, was waiting on two more rings to be delivered other two fit fine third one came and did not even go passed the top of his finger did not fit AT all (they had sized him apparently) but this wasn’t just one size too small it was like three sizes too small. We went back to the store we are not even from that area and had to travel via bus to get there just to come in contact with the same women who’s attitude had completely changed as soon as my partner asked for a refund she got passive aggressive and was looking at him with dirty looks every now and again when he looked away, we was not informed by a “no refund policy” and then was told “it’s on your receipt” I’m sorry but he should of been told that before he bought the items? What good is it on a receipt after purchasing. Fourth ring still actually waiting for it to be delivered still not got it doubt this one will fit and fun fact is he’s not even at this address anymore he’s gone back home so bloody pointless as he was promised it would be here last Tuesday before he went home. One of the ladies were absolutely lovely and super friendly and I am not complaining about her at all she was great but be wary of the others in Manchester Arndale.

A wonderful personal experience! My item was wrapped beautifully with a handwritten note. The item arrived within 24 hours and I was kept up to date with its progress. My husband absolutely loved the watch, and despite being 100s of miles away I will definitely use Chisholm Hunter again. Thank you.

I visited the Gyle store yesterday to have a ring cut off as my finger has swollen due to arthritis. I was dealt with by Chrisabella who had a difficult job cutting off a thick platinum band only 3 years old. She has an empathetic manner for dealing with people. I will go back to have two rings enlarged at the store due to the excellent customer service. I had also contacted a rival store opposite CH's store the day before who were the complete opposite in terms of their customer service.

I bought a diamond wedding ring in August 2023. One of the claws broke and a diamond was lost. When I contacted them and sent them the ring, I was told it looked worn (obviously) and to repair the ring would cost me £383. I've seen similar comments from others, so they do this a lot. Please do your research when purchasing and avoid CH. It will cost you a lot more than you think. Update following your reply. If you would like to be married for 9 months or less, it could work for you. describing a wedding ring as 'heavily worn' is completely embarrassing. They are worn everyday. Please search by 1 star reviews and see that somebody had an identical issue to mine. Don't be the 3rd victim.

Super fast service Gorgeous Armani watch at a very good price
I bought a SEIKO Alpinist watch from Chisholm Hunter. I've had the watch for less than two weeks, and a few days ago, I noticed a hair on the dial. I contacted Chisholm Hunter to see what they could do. I was told they would send it back to SEIKO for a postage fee and that SEIKO would only fix their mistake for another fee because the warranty only covers internal movement. So, on top of the £700 for the watch, both companies want even more money off of me. I can't return the watch because I removed the 'anti-tampering stickers, ' trusting a hand-signed card I received from Chisholm Hunter saying it has been checked for quality. LOL, what a joke. I'm extremely disappointed in Chisholm Hunter for not spotting this mistake and not allowing me to return/replace the watch. I'm just as disappointed in SEIKO for their quality control. This was my first and last time buying a watch.
