The company itself was fine. Fast delivery and good communicationThe product itself was very lightweight for a quartz watch. Materials aren't real great although the dial is attractive. Definitely not worth the asking price

Edit: After a lot of back and forth and me having to resort to threatening to file a dispute with PayPal and my bank if they do not provide a refund, they finally gave me a transaction number and said it has been processed. I ordered a watch for my partner as a preset and paid an extra £20 for fast delivery via UPS. The money was taken immediately but after a week of no updates, I contacted the company on Instagram ad via their website. Their response was they didn't even have the product in stock, it was discontinued by the manufacturer previously but they still had it on their website allowing people to purchase. I would not have been notified about this unless I contacted them which is extremely poor customer service and also fraudulent. I have been told they will process a refund but I do to fully trust what they say. If I do not receive it I will claim back through my bank as a fraudulent charge, avoid this

Ho acquistato un orologio da uomo da Chriselli Ottimo prezzo a differenza di altri negozi Bellissimo orologio un pochino lenta la spedizione ma ci sta non arrivando dall Italia. Del resto niente da dire super soddisfatta 🥰
I purchased a KATE SPADE watch for my mothers special birthday. When it arrived the box was tatty and cushion was falling to bits but I gave the watch benefit of the doubt although no tag on the winder.my mother told me after 1 day it wasn’t working!! I informed ChrisElli who are also known as watches2U!! To be told to try putting a new battery in! Needless to say I did this as is read reviews saying people had sent the watch back and received no refund or new watch. The new battery didn’t work either. I took it to a specialist jewellers who advised the whole mechanism inside was broke. £70 to repair!!! I don’t have a lot of money and not only was this embarrassing as it was a special gift, but there has been no communication other than ChrisElli advising new battery. Buyers please be aware !!!!!! Scam company !!!
