Customer services was brilliant I just emailed them and they managed to get my Heiniger clippers working again after all the problems I have been through to get them working in good order.

Blades that didnt work, had to dip in blade wash and oil then and they still dont work very well, told to send back providing in original condition, well the packaging and blades would not have been in original condition so put down to experience!!!!!

Thinning scissors kept snagging even when I adjusted the tension. I returned these after an email exchange. I lost out on postage both times costing me about £10. The scissors were unusable from the start, but they didn’t refund my postage. Return postage was free post, but they said I needed to send them Recorded delivery! Not happy about this experience at all. Won’t be buying through this company again.

Christie's was the only company I could find that would ship Anigene disinfectant to me in France. The order was placed at 3pm on Tuesday and by lunchtime on Thursday it had arrived....super speedy and very helpful. I have already recommended them to other people.
