The bottle of conditioner I received looked like a second hand bottle: dirty, dusty and scratched. I ordered the conditioner because I really liked the smell. The product I received was not like the free sample I got previously based on which I ordered the product. I will not order again. Not for that price. I expected a high-end product and was disappointed.
Discovered the brand in a French pharmacy. Tried the shampoo and now ordered in uk other products to go with. Really pleased with order deliver.
From ordering to receiving very fast,will use again
Ordering and shipping were all great. Though now Christophe Robin send me almost daily promotional emails. It’s a bit much. I don’t think the regenerating shampoo is for me unfortunately. It makes my roots feel very heavy.
