I purchased a C60 Trident Pro 300. Why? Well first of all I respect the brand and the products they produce. I love the look and functionality of the C60 and subtle branding.

From the advertising and pricing to the delivery and box opening of this piece of art....and the customer service and communication was exemplary...just an overall excellent representation and experience of a beautiful and capable watch. My C60 Atoll 300 is now my summer favorite; it matches my summer casual dress and attitude perfect, especially with the blue aquaflex rubber band I switched out to match the waters I fully expect to be on, in, and under this summer. I ordered on a Friday night 4/26. Understand the delay til Monday. Paid for expedited shipping and had hoped for delivery in the states within the 3-5 days. Alas, not delivered until later in the day on Friday 5/3.

It is a well fashioned watch, delivered promptly and also inexpensive.
I preordered a custom watch with specific designs. The back of the watch is etched with an emblem and the emblem is not aligned properly. I reached out to custom service and was it’s impossible to align the back plate which is why it’s not correct. I was never informed that the alignment could be off before I purchased the watch. The custom service rep offered no apology and ignored my request for a refund. Therefore I will show my watch to everyone I see and let them know never to purchase from Christopher Ward. I will tell the story that their customer service has written in the hopes no one has the same issue. In the future, if this company is making a custom design, inform the customer of difficulties such as the back plate so they can make an informed decision before buying. Also, be responsive to the customer. Peter did not answer all my questions when I asked about the back plate. Unfortunately I’m stuck with $2k watch that was not what I ordered.

Purchased the C65 Sandhurst Series 2 after doing a lot of internet research as well as window shopping. So happy with my wristwatch. You can really see/feel the excellent quality workmanship. Looks amazing on my wrist too. Class product. I will be buying from Christopher Ward again, and soon.
I had requested personalized engraving in accordance with what Christopher Ward offered but it was not done and no explanation was offered.
As I write this, I have my new Christopher Ward Bel Canto on my wrist. I waited over a year and received the watch several days ago. The packaging was minimalist and protective, but elegant. As for the watch, it is astonishing in person. The finishing, the reflecting light, how the lugs fit the wrist, the strap, the face —all the details executed perfectly. And the function? Well, as you begin the ownership process, you cannot help but grin every time you hear the wonderful chime at the top of each hour 🙂 It is fantastic. I appreciate the effort to deliver such a high quality product that isn’t priced into the stratosphere. Kudos to everyone at Christopher Ward!
