Ordered on line. Was informed on the day of delivery that the driver had been delayed but flowers would be delivered before 6pm which they were. The recipients were delighted with the flowers which appeared fresh on delivery.
Easy online ordering process, up to date despatch and delivery notifications, and flowers delivered at the right time as requested. So pleased with the flowers - the bouquet actually looked like the picture on the website, they were fresh and open (except for the lilies which opened a couple of days later). They had been excellently packaged in a sturdy upright box, well protected during transit. I would have liked some specific instructions on how to revive sunflowers (which are prone to drooping once cut) but I managed this myself with the aid of sugar-lemon juice water). That small quibble isn't enough though to prevent me from thoroughly recommending Clare Florist. I would definitely use them again.

One fewer flower than the description. Poor arrangement and wrapping paper. It just looks disappointing when it arrived and the recipient was not impressed at all. The free “card” is just a piece of paper whereas other companies do offer free proper card. Underwhelmed, do not recommend.

My order was never delivered. You can not call and speak to anyone, only communication is online. I have emailed twice with no reply. It seems like a complete scam to me. I’m now out of pocket but what is worse is my order was really important and was being sent to a friend who is going through a hard time - and she never got her flowers.

Beautiful flowers and excellent condition. We have ordered flowers from Clare Florist on many occasions and the flowers are always in great condition. However, this time when my mum went to unwrap them, she discovered a dozen or more ants in the wrapping paper - not a pleasant experience for her. Also, why only provide 1 sachet of plant food with the to flowers? - It's never enough for the flowers - adding in a second sachet of plant food would be an easy, cheap way of improving people's experiences.
My mum was really pleased with the quality of flowers she received.
I've now used Clare's 3 times to order flowers for my Mum. She has said they are the nicest flowers she has had, they are always in fabulous condition and smell amazing
I was unsure if the flowers I ordered had been delivered and so contacted support. I haven’t heard back!! Pretty bad service!
The order was placed with Clare Florist because next day delivery was promised. A confirmation email was received with Royal Mail tracking number. The flowers were not received on the due day and upon checking the tracking number Royal Mail had no trace of the order. Tried to call Clare Florists to be told not taking calls needed to email. The flowers arrived a date late by DPD. Not impressed.
