I made my first purchase from Cliphair and the delivery got stuck, I had a wedding to go to and was worried that I wouldn’t get my hair in time, the ClipHair customer service team went totally above and beyond, they made sure that I got a replacement set next day before 1pm. The hair is so beautiful and soft, I cannot recommend this company enough.

Hi I just wanted to say the service has been impeccable. I ordered my extensions and they weren’t the colour I was expecting and it didn’t match my hair. I was able to exchange the weave for the correct colour. The item was returned back to the sender super fast and the new weave was sent out on the same day they received my original order and I got my new weave next day . I was worried about doing an exchange online as I thought the new item would take ages to arrive and wouldn’t come in time for my event but in fact it was early. The customer service has been fab quick responses and updates. Been a customer for 6 plus years now can’t fault the brand!
I placed an order for clip in extensions two weeks ago and have not received a single update on my order since. The €168 has been taken from my account but I have no idea where my order is. I have emailed customer services a couple of times and received no help at all. Shocking customer service. When I follow the tracking link it’s all in a foreign language and when I translate it it says my order cannot be found. Please can you either tell me where my order is or issue a refund ASAP.
Absolutely shocking hair. I thought I would give this company a try with their hair extensions as I'm a stylist who fits them on my clients on a regular basis. So I purchased the tape method hair extensions and all I can say is wow ! . Washed the hair once and it was all bushy,tangly,wouldn't even dry properly and when it came to straightening it smelt like burnt plastic and wouldn't even straighten. I spent £185 on the hair and what a absolute waste of money never again.
Cliphair have given amazing customer service, specifically Briony and Sarah, the delivery company who delivered my extensions left the parcel outside and when I arrived home it wasn’t there, they have dealt with this amazingly and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you so much for everything and I’ll order again once I need more extensions as I have done for many years.

I’m really disappointed with cliphair regarding my recent purchase of new clip in double drawn hair extensions. I have shopped with cliphair for years and never had a problem with the quality of the hair I have received nor have I ever had anything to complain about but I received my new extensions last week and these are just awful… they’re shedding although the double drawn extensions are supposed to be a lot less shedding and the feel of these hair extensions are not nice at all. These extensions were bought for my birthday weekend and I’m now over £150 down and have no good quality feel hair. Clip hair usually makes me feel great and gives me a lovely confidence boost but this time around I’m felt feeling very disappointed and upset. Such a shame as I always recommend clip hair to friends in search of good quality and lovely looking hair.
Buying a second time for my daughter, The first set only lasted two months, and loads of hair fell out when brushed, decided to give it a second chance and bought a new set with conditioner. Today have received my order and the conditioner wasn't in the bag however the purchase slip says it's been dispatched. How is that possible?

Bought the hair 15th of Feb! Washed ans warn a few times they are getting worse and worse not good quality at all! Theyve been awful from first wash! Every time I brush them loads of hair falls out and I mean loads! This definitely isn't the same quality hair I purchased a few years ago! Iv had some extensions a year and half from medowhall in Sheffield that was cheaper and there still in better condition then what these are! Waste of 200 quid
