Después de mis comentarios negativos tras un incidente con los envios de la pagina web de España, es d sabios retificar!! Gracias al servicio de atencion al cliente y, su responsable Jonathan me ha solucionado los problemas y, al final me han llegado todo,tengo de reconocer la amabilidad que te brindan al teléfono. He recibido el pedido de una gabardina muy linda que me encanta y es como lo esperaba no les doy 5 estrella porque trabajan con SEUR…pero Jonathan se las merece! Muchas gracias.

Es increíble como una marca de tan gran prestigio y precios considerablemente altos y, sin embargo puedan utilizar a SEUR para enviar los pedidos a los clientes! Desde el pasado dia 03 estoy esperando a 2 pedidos que no me llegan, ahora a escasos minutos recebi un correo de los impresentables SEUR que los envios han sufrido retrasos! Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero! Estoy tan segura de jamais volveré a comprar a esa pagina Coach!! Que desastre!! Cuando quieran los responsables les puedo facilitar mis datos y referencias de los pedidos!!

Der auf der Webseite unter den Artikel angegebene Rabattcode funktionierte nicht. Der Kundenservice konnte nicht helfen außer mir zu sagen, ich müsste die Lieferung dann später zurücksenden und die Artikel dann neu bestellen. Da die Lieferung schon lange gedauert hat und Coach für die Rückerstattung auch Zeit braucht, kann ich jetzt nicht mal eben alle Artikel neu bestellen. Das ist echt kein Kundenservice.
