The dpd delivery attempted once & then sent it to a local post office for collection. Except the post office never received it. Dpd assert its at the post office except the Post office says it’s not there. The local post office says this happens often but I am left without recourse. My aunt has no birthday present & it has cost for £46. What will C&C do?
