I received 2 incorrect eyeshadow colors. I made the purchase specifically for “On A Whimsy” and “The Griffith” and I did not receive either one. Instead I received duplicates of other items in my order. Super disappointing
I never received my order!!!! Order was placed on 4/1, a month later still have not received it. Terrible!!!!
I just received the mistery box and im not that really happy with the acquisition!I already have the same palettes and the colour of the blush and lipsticks are very ugly!Im a little bit dissapointed about the products and about the brand,too!I was expected more from them!🙁
Very underwhelmed by all of the new products I purchased. I use this company’s products. I have purchased over 200.00 in products and I'm disappointed. I wish I could get a refund or return the products.

Products are great for the most part but often arrive broken. Many of the eyeshadow palettes I've purchased have arrived damaged. Also, every single discount code I've ever been given for making such large purchases or leaving reviews has been useless to me for when I go to apply them, every single time without fail, I get an error code. Granted it's only a $5 coupon but when I spend a hundred plus dollars in most orders, I think I'm entitled to a slight discount. Customer service is also lacking for whenever I have a question or an issue, I very rarely get a response, And if I do it's never in a timely manner.
