I've bought 2 prams from Cosatto, a wow travel system and now a whoosh 3 (via Boots), both have been fantastic so far. I ordered an incorrect pram for my needs and the return and refund process were easy. I couldn't rate this company more highly the customer service and products have been excellent. Plus, the use of recycled materials is *chef's kiss*. Cosatto, keep doing what you do!
I was sent a email 15 days ago for car seat return and still I no have any answer from Cosatto. Terrible customer service.
Style over safety with the Zoomi 2 car seat. Initially our daughter was never comfortable in it, said it was too tight even though I could never get the straps tight enough. She could also escape really easily even with the anti-escape system on. We realised it had been ensembled incorrectly and the straps weren't in the right position which was why it was so hard to buckle up and why she could wriggle out. I had to return it as the big screw in the base that held the buckle and straps came out while I was tightening it. Totally unsafe and not fit for purpose. Finally got a refund, but was hard to get hold of customer services a lot of the time.
I purchased cosatto giggle 3 Fika forest pram for my baby and I love it. However, I needed some of the parts replaced and spoke with Rachel through the webchat. Her service was fantastic ! She was super kind and got the parts ordered for me very fast. If you need help, just ask for Rachel ! Will definitely use cosatto in the future again .
Cosatto isize 360 Did a lot of research before to make sure thus car seat was compatible, which it is. It is fitted in the car but flush with the seat making it extremely hard to spin. The cover over the buckle is fiddly and my son just doesn't look comfortable at all. The seat itself looks great but I wish I had picked a car seat that is easier to use.
I received my stroller quite quickly which I was very happy about and it’s every thing I was hoping for I took it out of the box unwrapped it put the wheels on happy days then I needed to collapse it to put away well I just couldn’t do it my sister tried my mum tried my husband was the only person to be able to do it so I’m hoping it will loosen the more my husband collapses it I have had a reply from cosatto and they sent a video showing how to collapse the stroller thank you for your quick reply
I have consistently brought Cosatto products since just before I had my daughter in 2022. Can I just say how brilliant the whole company is. Delivery is fast and the items are packaged really well the designs are beautiful. The products are well built and designed. Recently I asked if they had spare car seat covers that I could buy due to my daughter having severe travel sickness and within an hour my email was received and responded to. I am so so grateful for this company as a mum because you have provided what I needed everytime and your customer service staff are wonderful. I always recommend your products and show off my travel system and stroller and even the car seat when people ask. Keep doing what your doing because this is amazing

Excellent car seat - as advertised - excellent price and quality! Initially we were sent a stroller in error! The return and correct order was sent within a few days! Customer service was friendly, helpful and excellent!
I purchased cosatto woosh 2 back in aug 2021...its a gr8. Pushchair... What made my day was the service i received today... 2024...from customer Agent Rachel... Using the chat service i wasn't even sure they will respond, but they were able to trace my original purchase and sign me up to the 4 year warranty and fix my issue... Offer to send me a free replacement part. Now thats awesome.... Its how helpful Rachel was... She wanted to fix my issue... Well done to her and cosatto for such gr8 service. Really prompt delivery, brought up to the house with no issues. Pleased with stroller although cupholder is a bit questionable however will give it a few days to "be out the box"! Fold nicely and overall seems clean and tidy.

We ordered a carseat for newborn granddaughter and we arent disappointed. The swivel base makes it so easy to pop her in. The car seat itself is very secure and looks very comfortable. My daughter likes it that much she has ditched the newborn first stage car seat for this believing is to be far safer for her daughter. Delievery wise cossatto communicated with us well and delievery of the carseat was swift. Over all we would highly recommend not only the carseat but the company also. Thank you
The customer service was excellent. I bought a cossatto whoosh pushchair.this pram is light and very easy to handle. It folds swiftly and the added towing handle makes life a lot easier. Things I feel for improvement .. the back rest is controlled with a draw string.This makes it feel a little flimsy. I have back problems. i find the handle height on the pram,the large rear wheels and suspension and the lightness of the pram.very conducive to supporting me. I am 65 years old and can manage this pram easily in and out of my small car.
