Great service and perfect plants, I needed ground covering plants that over time will spread and act as a repellent to slugs and snails. So I purchased three from Crocus, they were well rooted and healthy and have bedded in nicely they arrived in excellent condition and shipping was swift. Much appreciated.

Didn't get back all my plants that had died. Operations manager shut the conversation, when I tried to say ive not received all my plants. plus one plant came damaged in postage, which is now dead too..

Ordered 2 Hydrangeas, delivered on date specified but to wrong address. Yodel were less than helpful. Contacted Crocus and explained problem. Very helpful assistant resent plants and I received them this time.
The plants arrived very dehydrated and after watering immediately, resting then planting them on only 2 survived, very disappointing.
