I ordered a 2TB and a 1TB T500 whilst they were on offer, off the UK shop, this was quick and easy to do. This was on the 24th April and confirmation on the 25th, all seemed fine. FedEx picked it up from Brno Czech Republic, this took 1 day to get to Stansted Airport (where it was stuck for 4 days, before another day to get delivered. I thought by ordering from the UK shop it would be processed and delivered from there, how wrong. Crucial should make it much clearer on the site where these are being delivered from.
Terrible delivery, Ram was delivered from abroad and took over a week to get here, it got stuck in customs.
I've used Crucial before, their SSD performed extremely well in my old PC for many years, which is why I chose them to supply a RAM upgrade for my Dell AIO. The PC is totally transformed. Very happy with Crucial.

The SSD was just what was wanted, works well and at a reasonable price but the information about the delivery of the item was very misleading. It implied that the stock was held within the UK but it turned out to somewhere in the far east! It took twice as long as they said it would because it got stuck in customs at Stanstead Airport!
I bought RAM and SSD modules to upgrade my laptop. Crucial scans your computer and will tell you what modules are compatible. This is very good if you don't know which ones to buy. The Acronis software to migrate to the new SSD is very slick and all that info is on crucial's website with videos. The delivery was quick as well. BTW I upgraded the RAM and SSD on different ocassions within a year and both times I experienced the same service from crucial. The whole process is excellent and hence 5 stars.
Product is great, price is reasonable, delivery took its time, but i hate having to create a paypal account as the only way to pay???.
Ordered and paid for quicker delivery of ssd, 8 days later no sign of it and fedex tracker can’t find it! No one working today at Crucial, bank holiday apparently. If I don’t receive the item this week I’ll be going to my bank to see if I can get the money back. Good product but lousy service, never going to buy from them again.
I received my order quickly and in good condition. The memory was as I required. First class service.
Bought a 4TB SSD very reasonable price..... received item on time & works a treat great utilities to clone over data took no time at all....very pleased.

The SSD drive appears to be very good. I was disappointed in not receiving the drive within the usual three days for UK post. The drive came from Eastern Europe over something like twelve days give or take.
Not your fault, but you need to look into your routing process to the UK. This delivery sat in the Hague Customs from 2204-04-05 until 2204-04-19 - that's 14 days! It arrived to day 2204-04-21.
Ordered the wrong part (desktop bit instead of laptop component), Crucial very helpful in arranging postage to me of a proper replacement and reimbursement.
Goods started in Cz, via Germany, via Holland - disappears “In Transit - Exported” with no further updates. Post Office 24hr Signed Delivery had no Information orher than awaiting since 4/Apr. Contacted Cruicial and received- Greetings from Crucial! We would like to inform you that while placing this order#1123847984339, you have opted for Spring shipping hence it was shipped by SPRING which takes 10 business days excluding holidays & weekends from the ship date. Ship date is 4th April 2024. Never saw any options on this. Would never use again!! RAM sent wrong for my PC although site said that it was correct. Then getting refund is taking forever. Once returned takes 10 working days (2 weeks) this is just so they can hold onto your money longer. this is a joke. I have bought cruial ram in the past for all my servers and PCs but after this experience I will not buy from again. If they had processed the refund within a reasonable time then this would have been ok, but this is very poor customer service and it was their error as well. Update 22/04/2024 - had a couple of emails saying how many ram sticks did I send back, I replied 4, I do not understand this as they had received these on the 9/4/2024, why did they not know this? then nothing, still no refund and no explaination. The 10 Working Days is up soon, I have also registered a dispute with PayPal as they are not doing what they should do. I strongly say that you should NOT buy from this company as If something goes wrong then your left waiting forever for a refund (If you even get it at all) I expect to get it eventually, even if I have to take them to court to get my money back. I will update again in few days. Further Update 22/04/2024 - They have now requested that I remove the dispute with PayPal. Once this is done they will look into it further and once they receive it the refund will be processed within 10 days. They have had the £200+ Items back since 09/04/2024 - they did not say that they will refund or when they will refund. They just want me to close the case with PayPal, and it seems to me that I have no choice but to leave that in place as I do believe that is the only way I will get my money back. The reply given on this site is nothing like what is sent to me, not so polite and definitely not helpful. I will wait to see what PayPal does on the 25th April if still no refund will take to small claims court. 28/04/2024 - Still waiting for a refund, PayPal are now dragging there feet, I cant believe how long this company makes you wait when it was there error for sending the wrong RAM in the first place. I did not even open it as it said on the front it was not what I ordered. I am begining to believe I have been scammed! 29/04/2024 - Still waiting for my refund yet another day goes by and crucial cannot refund the money as they have surely scammed me. I have contacted PayPal and they are so slow, but I do expect to get my money back eventually. Will never use Crucial ever again there are just Scam artists that steal your money. 30/04/2024 - Finaly got my refund and it was from PayPal not crucial, so they stepped in and did the refund as Crucial did not want to. Worst Service Ever BEWARE.
