Really liked the visual of the engraving placement and opportunity to change it after seeing what it would look like. Only reason not giving five stars is because the inside of the box was torn which I am guessing happened when they were trying to remove the product prior to engraving. Makes the gift aspect presentation not quite as nice as it could be.

Easy to navigate. HOWEVER, the box that the crystal vase was sent in was too weak for the weight of the vase. But, it arrived in one piece.

I purchased two martini glasses and one showed up damaged. It’s always a stressful process when that happens but Crystal Classics made the process easy and pain free. All I had to do was take a photo of the damage item and the box that came in. It looked like just a fluke with the glass with possibly an air bubble because the glasses were packaged well, but they shipped a replacement right out. They were also very quick to respond via email. The replacement glass came within the week and again packaging was great. The martini glasses are heavy duty and beautiful and we have already used them once!
